How is learning by number wrong?

You're training them to transpose. They can watch these videos all day and learn how to play songs quickly, without needing to know notes. Then when they do learn note names they will have a more contextual idea of how chords work within scales.

Please can you slow down? I'm trying to learn the right hand, and all I'm doing is pausing and backing it up over and over. You're just playing it except you wrot some numbers on your keys. That doesn't help. Please take this into consideration.
