I would guess maybe 2000? Something wrong with that Census I think.

mate, people in the Sea Org are there because they want to be there, not because they are forced. Anyone can leave any time they want. I did. I was a staff member of the Sea Organization for 10 years so I have a pretty good knowledge of that. You will never be able to have that actual personal knowledge. You still relying on second hand info from criminals that were BOOTED out for being destructive. To those people anything that threatens to expose an evil hidden agenda must be elliminated.

@Anon9083 I am not a member of the Church nor a lawyer nor do I live in the USA. I can only assume - and note I ADMIT I am assuming - that it was done 100% legal. Why wouldn;t it be. All the materials have to say is the word "Scientology" to qualify as Copyright - the content is irrelevant. So that hack job of a story about "Lord Xenophon" from the planet Mongoloid is irrelevant. Even though it is a butchers paradise there is enough to be Copyright still. But I do not work for the Church.

Once again: In order to get the material out of the hands whoever it was that had it they obviously had to use Legal means. I don't know. I don't really care how they got it off the criminal who had it. It's illegal anyway to steal and corrupt and deface intellectual property of someone elses. Just because it;s been defaced doesn't make it any less the property of the owner.

Scientology isn't big anywhere. The 2006 census showed that there were only just over 2,000 Scientologists in Australia. That's a bit of a far cry from the 140,000 that Vicki Dunstan says there are. False statistics don't make you look too good.

@Anon9083 - I know for a fact there are at least 2500 Scientologists in Sydney alone. In my 10 years in the Sea Org I probably spoke to every one of them at least once. I was in a very prominent position. Even if there were only 1000 in other States that makes 6500 not counting ACT and NT even. There are definitely way more than "1000" here in WA. I would guess maybe 2000? Something wrong with that Census I think.
