@astra4nn I like the interpenetration of the chant, as the Hare Krishna's have there mantra chant us Wiccan's have many different chants to raise certain energy's. It definitely calms and comforts you within the rhythm. I identify with Hecate but also have an affinity to Isis and Kali.

@Cakeypie13 This is as real as any hymn you sing in Church. Our God and/or Goddess is the same as your god, ultimately. We are all connected and the Goddess' in this song are from all different pantheons. If you want to know what it is about, you must be open minded and learn. These are the religions that existed before Christianity and Christians adopted many Pagan ways and idols. Saying you will pray for us is a bit insulting, but I get it. What you dont understand, you fear & consider wrong.

I my self do not hold jesus above my head we of the wiccan reed do not harm and I try to hold that in revence for my own life as the gods would have. @Cakeypie13 i believe you are misguided darling.. yes we, or i at least, believe this stuff, this is our type of hyme, and the last part depends on who you are and at what stage you are at, also your life's surroundings, like family. but please dont 'pray for' us... it is kind of , well, awkward, especiallly if you dont believe the same with us. Wicca ties into science so much, what goes around comes around, energy fields around all objects, i mean Einstien's basic format for his research! )O(

@jessicabuckner As a male of a related faith, i get into so many conversations about it. The people that i talk to about it seem to be rather receptive of the ideas, but alas still distance themselves...sad to not be open to new ideas in my opinion

Anyone can be wiccan. All males and females are reffered to as witch. Warlock is a made up name just letting you know :) not all wiccans are witches and not all witches are wiccan!
