how are you able to go here, they only way i have been able to drive here is the challenge thing, i would really love to just drive on the track

First make sure you have the car you want to race with.

Then go to Practice, world tracks, and then scroll all the way across to the 7th from end. Then choose A-Spec Free Run and you're good to go :)
