@babyfirefly118 Yep! Catnip, cinnamon, different scents and spices, plus they were filled with pine tree branches and the cats love the smell of pine !:)

How do you get away with painting these 'presents'? Cats are extremely sensitive to toxins, and unless you use something non-toxic, it probably isn't healthy for the cats to be chewing on it and injesting it.

@tcuster86 We use kid's non-toxic paint so it's perfectly safe for the cats and they barely ingest the paint anyway :)

@zoza4 Sure, we bond with them talking to them, feeding them and giving them enrichment to play with, but no matter what you do or how long you have known the cat, they will always have their wild instincts and are unpredictable and dangerous. If you make a wrong move or sudden move they change instantly.

@Kingofcorrect We can close the cats off in the other sections of their enclosures and safely enter the other side through the safety gate, we never have contact with our cats :)

I was wondering though whether the cats ever get agressive towards caretakers, do you carry some kind of defense in case? Have they ever attacked one of you?

@MissILoveGreenALot We never enter the enclosures with the cats and have no contact with them it's simply too dangerous, but yes, some cats hate particular keepers for some reason and definitely get aggressive if they feel like it, we've never had any injuries at BCR either :)
