The only difference between the Soviet Union and Fascist Italy is the terminology the ruling oligarchs use to define themselves and their governance. What you would define as "Right Wing" politics, is actually "Left Wing" politics. It is the politics of tyranny and the marginalization of civil rights. The true "Right Wing" represents diminished government authority, higher civil responsibility, and the value of individual rights over the authority of government.

The conventional scale classifies fascism as an ideology which is usually characterized by other ideas like extreme nationalism and capitalism. Yet as history and even modern times demonstrate, a "socialist" or "communist" nation can also be characterized by extreme natinalism and capitalism. This represents a logical paradox. Both systems control the means of production, hold forms hold power in precedence over civil authority and control the means of production. They are the same.

The old scale makes inappropriate use of ideas and political systems that never truly exist. In reality, only three types of government can evere exist: an oligarchy, a degenerative democracy, and a republic of law. Democracy is inherantly degenerative, and represents a deevolution of the republican form of government. Even under absolute kings, no one man has ever ruled and entire nation. The base of his power always lies in a group of people or an oligarchy.

Conventional understanding and classification of fascist ideology is based upon a logical fallacy. Any academic, regardless of their seemingly steep academic credentials who takes stock in the old system of political classification is a an obsolete monolith of convention. The problem with the old scale is that nothing truly fits on it. Nothing is clearly defined, and there are too many similarities between seemingly opposed ideologies. It is illogical and flawed.

and Obviously "Change" hasn't provided much better! Neither has "Hope" or "Believe".... since many of the "Change" Players either had a Tax Problem or a wire tap problem in Chicago! The PROBLEM is that people fell for some slogan like a huge dose of PROZAC! Now.... a couple of months after the fact.... The Obamanation drills on! Except this time to the tune of over 800 Billion! We can debate terminology but at the end of the day, The debate is what's left in the wallet!

How about this: instead of playing the same game of make believe over and over again, instead let's throw all these Republicrats out of the country, dismantle the tyrannic bureaucracy and bring the Constitution out of mothballs. But of course this would require the American people to get of their butts, take responsibility, and becomes citizens instead of subjects. I don't think their up to it.

In reality, the Republicans are nearly every bit as socialistic as the Democrats. They merely cover it with a socially conservative veneer. The Bush administration oversaw the greatest expansion in centralized governmental power since Roosevelt. Obama will continue that trend, if not eclipse it. Socialism and it's alleged enemy, "capitalism" in reality often coexist (i.e. China). Both ideologies are inherantly immoral and fraudulent. American was supposed a FREEMARKET REPUBLIC. It failed.

Soviet Communism failed..... Socialism failed..... The Chinese Communist System has become richer from policies that are enacted that require that they hold a promisary note because we've borrowed from them. The Crapulus Obama package doesn't help

You misunderstand me. Republicans, according to the works of their own hands, are not conservative at all, but liberal in the extreme. Many Republicans only give lip service to what is called conservative political theory, but don't actually practice it. Libertarianism is the essense of conservative ideology. Neo-Conservatives use socially conservative ideology to conceal their socialist authoritarian politics.

Even your little jibe about the "fascist [Republican] agenda] betrays your ignorance. Fascists and Communists are extremely similar. The only real difference being that communists are more open about who's calling the shots. You don't even have a realistic understanding of the true political spectrum. On a logical spectrum, Fascists and communists are on the same end. Authoritarian Government (communism, fascism) on the left and no government (anarchy) on the right. The US is an oligarchy.

It's like trying to put out a fire by throwing gasoline on it. The money for this spending DOESN'T EXIST. As dumb as Bush was, Obama is proving to be just as dumb. Between Republicans and Democrats, the solution to a problem can only come from either Republicans or Democrats. The problem is, Republicans and Democrats ARE THE PROBLEM. You guys just gotta go. How can the American people keep listening to these shameless liars and scoundrels?!?!?! It boggles the mind.

Republicans had no problem spending trillions of dollars we don't have when they were in office. Democrats think it's a good idea to spend a lot more. They think you're such a bum they have to take care you (in exchange for half your pay check). Neither party wants to accept reality. We're flat broke. The stimulus package and the bailouts are not logical. They propose to fix a problem caused by debt and inflation with more debt and inflation. Work that one out for yourself.

People like you don't get it. The Democrats and Republicans are BOTH rotten to the core. The Republicans are only conservative when they're not in power. The Democrats are just as bad if not worse. America didn't wake up, it simply rolled over and continued snoring. Your political attitudes demostrate party loyalty over American loyalty. Like most Americans, you are almost completely ignorant of political and economic theory. That, and you can't count (The numbers are pretty simple).
