I got very exited to hear your clear and warm tenor voice. There are some rough patches technically and rythmically but to my ears you are on the right track. But the best thing is indeed your understanding of the text and the way you transfer it to your singing. And that is a RARE thing. Hope you keep developing yourself this way. Good luck!
I do have to say that this is good. Its original. And clearly, his own internal understanding of the poetry, and so he sings it as such. What anyone would call REAL singing. Singing the idea or meaning that's within you, as opposed to singing pretty notes. Could advance on his work, but undeniably pleasant to hear.
It was a little difficult to access the whole cycle - the two halves don't come up together, and I had to search for the second half. You Tube also seems confused about which part i at one point . I notice that many more people have listened to the first half than the second - maybe this is why! Good luck - anyone listening to the beautiful first half shouldn't be left hanging!
