@michelle13579123 Yes sake is alcohol... It's okay to cook with it because the high heat will make the alcohol evaporate since alcohol is volatile. When the alcohol evaporates, the flavor is left behind and that's why a lot of chefs and cooks use sake or wine in cooking. But to drink sake as it is, you need to be at a legal age to do that. :)
