Your tank should be two thirds dry & one third damp I would reccomend using moss for that, the frog has limited intelegence which is called program instincted wisdom if he's too hot he'll move to one end where its cool & vice versa also I hate the fact that your abusing your frog that way by spraying him like that if he's too wet he could die if your going to spray something in his enclosure do it on the wet side of his cage not him cause you can stress him out & eventually lead him to death.
