Gahhh, glowing eyes! Man, that creeped me out as a kid. I loved our old cat, but I hated looking under the house or furniture and seeing it looking back with glowing eyes...
GRMAN SHEPHERD?Heck naw!GREATJUST GREAT!Now I'm terrifyed of my favorite kind o dog. Thanks fucktards.*Goes to watch a milliopn funny inuyasha moments to clam down*
Aww i love German Sheperds. Kinda hard for me (or anyone else for that matter) to associate them with anything evil considering man's natural fondness for them.
i used to have a dog named Bailey and she acted like she was possessed(which she wasn't) she kept bitting me and my brother until we finally got rid of her.
I was 14 in 1978 and I fondly remember when this premeired on CBS. For me this is a great trip back in time....the 70's era TV horror movies ruled with an iron fist for a long time.
There was the atmosphere, the eerie synthesizer music, and while it was, by today's standards, a tame and somewhat dated movie, it worked for the time it was in.
I'd rather watch some of these oldies than the new stuff sometimes. There again, it's memory lane for me, and that's the biggest perk :-)
Yes I remember this too. I was 13. I also remember watching "STRANGER IN OUR HOUSE" with Linda Blair...It was also a made for tv movie...What happen to those good old dayz. There was also another tv movie with Karen Black...can't remember the right titlle..something "TRIGOLLY" that was also made for tv movie way back in the 70's. Retro dayz rules:)
@EFPLOIZA The movie you're referring to with Karen Black was "Trilogy Of Terror" and she was also in another horror film around that time, called "Burnt Offerings."
You may remember Trilogy Of Terror for the infamous story about the devil doll that came to life, chasing her around the house. And yes, those good old days are gone forever, but the movies are just as good now as they were then!
Also look for "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" and the "Night Stalker" series!
I remember this all too well....the parentals were apparently not monitoring my usage of the tv lol. This would explain why I'm still a little creeped out by German Shepards!

Since the Devil Dog does all its killing with its mind. it could just as easily have BEEN a chihuahua in the movie!

@Varian4Ever, Yep, it was. They've both remarked that they look like they could be brother and sister and casting agents thought so too.
