Bronze player is as smart as a master player and all it takes it to work on getting better, while having fun, and not care about rankings...Do you think people get better at SC , or ever other sports, by getting nervous about ranking? Id say, loose purposely lose 20 games because you were just working on mechanics and not worry about anything, and get that whole anxiety out the window.

Adblock isn't that hard to figure out. Just use a simple already pre-installed US filter and you're good to go.  You don't need to block stuff on your own.

im high in gold league, ive really started to hate this game due to massive one base marine marauder with set rally points at my base and ive tried many different strats to try to counter this but with tosses units being twice sa much and weaker against marien marauder i dont see how its possible to counter this wihout just massing cannons the entire game

I know what you mean, it's really hard countering a fast mm rush. The only strategy i found to SOMETIMES work is getting stalkers sentries and immortals. What i do is go 3 gate and robo, just block off the ramp and focus fire on the marauders with the immortals, immortals destroy marauders ^^

@lukeba214 i tried immortals they just focus fire on him and kill him in a few seconds once hes in range, i found a mix with gateway units and void rays to work, won a few games with it. but honestly how is it fair to be able to have concussion shells and stim that early and cheap when toss cant get blink or charge till a council is up and cost a ton. on top of that the maraduers being stronger than the stalkers already, kinda bull crap

I FOUND A SOLUTION. Yes, i tested it against a very hard terran cpu twice in a row, and won both ^^

Ill try to write down what i did.

normal build, pylon 9 gateway 13 ( once its finished chrono a zealot) assymilater 14... then cyberntics when gateway finishes (After it finishes chrono a stalker and sentry, aslo research warp gates). Next continue to make stalkers and sentries, not too often though AND REMEMBER TO SEAL OFF THE RAMP otherwise its gameover... turn page :P

once your making more stalkers and another sentry build a robo facility... remember to not get supply blocked.. whilst the robo is building make another assymilator and set 3 drones to that. You can now chrono boost an immortal (also place a robotics bay).. keep chrono boosting it until its finished... and then you should be able to push off the first attack if you can focus fire on the marauders and use your shield effectively. Whilst pushing off the first attack build a ...

@ALTW7 collossus, and chrono boost the hell out of it. Just stick the collosus with the other min army you have and you can push off the next attack.. just keep chrono boosting collosus and get the range upgrade.. and... then just rush em and win :D

@lukeba214 i appreciate the reply but with against plat or diamond league players i did a build except a pushed first with a few voids hurt him but he still won it, held off for quite awhile up to a 3rd expo and had 3 colossu range upgrade and many other units. he massed marauders a few maarines 4 seige tanks and vikinmgs with medivacs. i also had upgrades he didnt, he tore me apart with many marauders left, i even used mass FF well. reason for defeat, gay ass OP maraders tearing up teir 3 units

Another tactic that works extremely well, i just found out, is build 2 gateway,s and a cyb core at 15 supply, straight chrono boost two 4 stalkers and harass their ramp, destroying their tech labs, by that time they don't have many marauders so you can delay them ALOT ^^

@lukeba214 i actually did the fast colossus build basically with ff with sentrys but he was bad as i watched the replay cuz i stomped him, but with a match up with a wider choke and or destructable rocks sentrys wont help hold off early on. but with harrassing their ramp i can see what ur getting at but they have high ground plus theyll have more than one barracks to build a tech lab on:p usually i always see a 3 or 4 rack with constant output with maraduers early on

I have problems with TvP so here's my question: Suppose Adelscott went for stalkers instead of rays in their first game because we know that rays suck against marines. Would then Jimpo's marines hold off the initial attack? Would adding some marauders not be more safe against an opponent whose build you know little about?

@GlueSniffer4Life I did this ghost thing before with a couple maruaders (No factory) and it works so well against 4 gate with more stalkers, i get about 3 ghost about 4 maruders and some marines, it works well if you scout the 4 gate. if they go Robo your toast, then you need to swap into factory with No marauders, the game stratergy depends alot on what they're doing. Hope this helps!
