Personally I use a Country Crock trans fat free margarine, which consists of non-hydrogenated oils.

There is an Imperial brand Margarine that has 1g of a trans fat per serving that I've seen, while a country crock one has less than .5g of trans fat per serving, with the serving sizes of both being 70 calories each.

It depends on which one you buy.

Also, after eating trans fatty margarine for years, I can say that hydrogenated oils are useless and taste the same as non...

Nobody should eat margarine. It is highly processed vegetable oils. Butter is pure milk fat. My generation was raised to avoid fats and cholesterol. Beef is fine, dairy is fine, eggs are fine, processed foods are NOT.
