  • the e.u was about trade between our nations not law and finance,we, are sick and tired of the eu laying down the law greedy fatcats raking in the money, yes kinnock your one of them socialist my arse, taking on third world countries rumania, greece, poland, ireland just bottomless gullets swallowing e.u money contributing fuck all,BRITAIN FUCK THE E.U OFF WE TRADE WE THEM AND THATS IT,we helped free europe of slavery now we are back there, european countries IN IT FOR THEMSELVES.

  • I think japan, china or US would be on the same UK ways of thinking...

  • EU is a French/German criminal association, who can, leave it without thinking twice.

  • France is engaging in a war of words with Britain. How dare the French finance minister suggest Britain should be downgraded on our AAA rating. How dare they. France is at the mercy of the markets, their government has no idea what they are doing, the markets have no confidence. Britain has set out a credible plan before the markets decided for them. We deserve our AAA rating.

Why has France insisted on this war of words with Britain? They are obviously jealous of our economic performance.

  • @TheLiberalKnight

Mouhahah this so hypocritical !!! France have not insisted at all ! On the opposite, UKs racists insults have last to long !!! French financer told simple statements : UK 's economy is far more fucked than France's. What would we be jealous of exactly? Your public deficit is twice as big, you have higher inflation & debts, lower growth... It is what it is !! Not that I want UK do get downgraded but France certainly deserves its rating more than UK.

  • @townsley2 Racist? The UK economy is not 'far more fucked' than France's. Did you see the latest IMF prediction, released 2 days ago? It says Britain will become the largest European economy by 2025. Do I want France downgraded? Fuck no! But this pathetic French government is childish and pathetic by trying to shift their misfortunes on their neighbours. Unlike France, Britain set out a deficit reduction plan before the markets forced it to happen. That is why we have confidence.

  • @TheLiberalKnight

No one can predict what happens by 2025. Neither Britain nor IMF. My opinion is the euro is to be saved and we're up for a federal government with much more integration and budget union. EU leaders are working for that purpose. That 'd make of the eurozone the largest economy IN THE WORLD, and Britain won't be part of it. But hey I'm pretty happy u vetoed that treaty. Now, u can't hide behind the tree anymore and ur out of Europe for good, that's a relief !

  • @townsley2 You are a traitor to France and the French people. It was unpatriotic cunts like you who co-operated with the Nazis under Vichy. Why should the French people give up their national identity? The euro is finished. You can't compete with China or Brazil. Give up! The best the Europeans can do is invent new industry, that is what we do best. That is the only way we can compete! The euro is over. I hope it collapses.

  • @TheLiberalKnight

Oh shut up moron. u're getting all mixed up and make fool of yourself! Europe has been created exactly to avoid new inner european wars and it's perfectly working so far. Neighbors aren't enemies. Only eurosepticals are deepshit.

  • @townsley2 Typical scaremongering from the Europhile traitors! Why in god's name would war break out in Europe if it weren't for the EU? The age of imperialism is over for us! France and Germany have no desire to expand their borders. There is an established balance of power. All of Europe is democratic (except the EU of course).

The euro is a failing currency. Not only is there demographic issues, but regulation drags European competition to the dirt. Protectionism fails!

  • @TheLiberalKnight Scare tactics are all they have. "Without the EU you will lose trading partners"... why? Many non-eu nations manage to trade with Europe just fine. If we're buying and selling things to europe while we're in the EU we'll buy and sell with them when we're not. Supply and demand will continue.

Anyone with a brain can see that the EU needs the UK a lot more than the UK needs the EU. They're scared of what would happen without the UK.

  • @limetang

"Scared" ?? UK begged EU for a rider to that treaty so that they 'd have a specific exemptation of any financial regulation. EU firmly refused Cameron's demand : that's not a "scared" behavior! EU are now 26, UK is 1 and clearly showed 8 of its first 10 trading partners (over 80% of UK trades are made within european countries, so that Britain's entirely dependent on EU) its selfishness. A wise decision, really !

  • @townsley2 The UK depends on European nations for trade. Not the EU.

The EU refused Cameron's demand because it was desperate for the money that "financial regulation" would bring. Incase you hadn't heard the Euro is going through a bit of a crisis at the moment. And the reactions of european politicians afterwards tell you all you need to know. The attempts to scare the UK into reversing their decision are laughable.

  • @limetang

Who do you think you are? We don't give a shit about UK ! UK's far more dependent on the internal market of the EU than EU on the UK.

EU 26 are looking forward and that veto won't prevent Europe to move on to a better economical union & integration. That is to help eurozone and internal market. The consequence for UK within a EU exit is immediate banishment from the internal market and implosion of the UK: Scotland and Wales would't follow English isolation. Now be my guest

  • @townsley2 Oh I'm well aware you don't give a shit about the UK. You just care about the UK's money and how much of it you can take for yourselves. Banishment from the market though? I don't think so. If we're trading with European nations it's because both trading partners have something to gain from trading with each other. Whether we were in the EU or not would irrelevant. Both parties would still have something to gain from trade. So would both still trade.

  • @townsley2 Trade goes two ways. The UK represents a big chunk of all economic activity in the EU (The EU may have 27 countries, but don't fool yourself, 23 of them are tiny irrelevant economies), and I doubt many EU countries would like a 10-20% reduction in trade overnight.

    So. Never going to happen.

Sorry for not helping bail out the Euro though - lols, have fun Germany. Perhaps you should of put some rules in at the start to stop countries destroying it.

  • the newspaper cartoons make me laugh, especially the daily mail where a greek statue of david was p*****g on the EU

  • I know a few people who plan to retire to Spain with a £50K pension pot, and vote UKIP. Get it ?

  • Thanks, Dave. You've made us a pariah in the EU, the state with which we do half our trade. Does he seriously think that we can survive economically without the EU's support? We've got no natural resources and no industry to speak of, and now foreign businesses will want to move elsewhere. But brick-headed nationalists think that the Union part of the European Union equals them just wanting all our money. Sometimes I despair at the stupidity this country exhibits.

  • @Verminator4 UK is now the sick man of europe.

  • @Abdikarimelmi Yeah, happens sometimes when you get a vaccination.

  • @Verminator4 Do you have a Eurocrat pamphlet on answer questions? What is more important - National Sovereignty or economics? Also, can you trust these eurocrats to manage your taxes and budgets. The EU is way too corrupt for such power. Their auditors have not signed off on the books for what 15 years now. Also, Europe is going to be hit by a huge recession regardless and will most likely effect Britain. In terms of common sense, Cameron was right for once. Your head is in the EU's arse.

  • @Verminator4 What intrigues me about you europhiles is your sense of a naive mentality. You obviously do not remember the last time Germany had power. No I am not living in the past. The Germans cannot be trusted. Please tell me that the Eurocrats are doing what is best for the people (i.e. overthrowing govt's, refusing referendums, putting out referendums until they get the right answer, etc.). In the 30's, Churchill was vilified by people like you for wanting to attack Germany early.

  • @Cgullins Are... Are you seriously comparing modern day Germany with Nazi Germany? Do you seriously think Angela Merkel is Hitler?

Sorry, but you ARE living in the past. This isn't the 1930s.

  • @Verminator4 Yeah, and it was all going so well wasn't it? Its been a complete disaster. Just look at Sweden, they're on the outside-rich.

  • Cameron had no choice other than to veto . If he had not done so he would have faced a leadership challenge to his premiership . It wasn't bulldog spirit he exhibited just survival instinct . I doubt as the leader of a coalition government he had legal authority to veto anything under British law and he should have done what several other countrys did and take it to a paliamentary vote . Sadly our press in the UK tell people what to think and they think it and so a corward becomes a hero.

  • UK, just leave EU D:

  • Look at all the CRIMINALS , they are figuring out how to fuck the economy by screwing the average people the evil leaders.

  • Please watch "Britain's Entry into The E.U. was based on Deceit" by George West of C.I.B. Can anything based on deceit be good? The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has always stood alone in the face of European Tyranny.

  • It is good to agree to disagree.. in most areas of life we are rightly told that diversity os ideas allows progress, whereas one size fits all stifles progress and can become abusve/detrimental to populations. If EURO land is forging ahead in 5 years they will have been vindicated, however if UK is forging ahead in 5 years time, then retaining a national currency will haave been vindicated. Deploying different ways out of recession is healthy. Eurocrats must take heed!

  • @LeamingtonSteve This is not hostility to them, just a hostility to blinkered-ness.

  • Britons never never NEVER shall be slaves!

  • Maybe the way to fix the problem is for the EU to institute more programs filled with even more bureaucrats that regulates the size and shape of bent bananas and other suspiciously wonky fruits and veggies to banning children from blowing up balloons.

  • well done cameron for stopping europe screw more money out of us.

  • @dripdrop28 but he didn't . they can still scree us for more money . all hes done is set them all against us . he hasn't even protected london . concievably many of the european banks that now make up the hub of the financial sector in london could leave the uk for another location in the EU . also if we leave the EU will most cut us out of a the trade agreement with the rest of europe which accounts for 20 percent of our gdp . your a fool that doesn't understand what could happen .

  • why does UK even have veto power when it doesn't want to be a full member.....

  • Cameron standing up for his country.

  • @Metexie what utter bollocks . he was saving his job . he couldn't do anything else without having a leader ship challenge . i doubt your capable of even seeing it for what it was . just not smart enough i guess .

  • They should have added in that revised treaty thy balancing he budget would be NOT be done at the expense of the middle class; at the expense of education, of social security etc.

  • The question is and always has been HOW do you balance the budget? If greedy bankers and corporatists are going to push on to have extravagant wealth under this new treaty are they going to just make life harder for the middle class?

  • Cameron to the english people: "I was going to sign the legislation, until I took an arrow in the knee"

  • Rule Britannia! To Hell with the EU. Let the continent drown in regulations and eastern "European" immigrants.

  • @joel1923 All Hail Lelouch of Britiannia!

  • Rule Britannia ...

  • EU: UK are you in or not?

UK: sure if we have our own rules

EU: fuck you, we do it without you.

    UK: oh.... Long lve UK!!!

  • David Cameron you are funny. Almost as funny as the Bush family. Bush it's just fun to say right. Anyways, what about your Illuminati and masonic ties? Nothing wrong with being an elite but what say U?

  • It's all a game being played on the working class by what is called the zionist. They are staging all the financial mess, wanting to bring the various humanities to their knees-hoping that then the various earthlings will then be more submissive and easily enslaved.

  • French are dicks throughout the centuries... as for UK... you gotta give conservative PM props for sticking it to the EU.

  • I wonder if this will fool people into thinking mr.cameron's wonderful again?...WHERES OUR REFURENDUM ???

  • Fuck the EU.

  • @flooodis I see you are a man of deep and profound thoughts.

  • That's what France gets for not taking the Brits seriously.

  • Cameron has no choice. With such a pile of debt the UK needs it's own currency and flexibility else it will tranform in a 3 world country very fast.

  • @MrWonkish well its onto a good start by importing a sh*toad of 3rd world people.

  • Nice for UK not to get in bed with Mafioso run economies of Italy or the tax cheats of Greece thru the Euro. Tell 'em Cameron "euro on your own"

  • stfu david cameron

  • @JewTube001 lol jewtube

  • And you wonder why the Germans get angry . Very angry....

  • @interfan63 lol!!!

  • Look at these empty suits do battle with their masters at Goldman

  • Nice job joining the EU. DUH.

  • Translation:

    EU: Help us out UK!

    UK: Deal with it.

    EU: Aw....

  • @Mortello EU: Help us out UK!

UK: Sure but read the small print, APR10000000%

EU: ... I said help us, not kill us

  • @Mortello

    More like:

Cameron to EU: I only sign if you guarantee that all decisions regarding the € are in favor of London.

    EU: OK, dont sign.

Cameron to UK: Ahh? I did not sign. ...I've won! Hooray.

  • @Mortello nope.avi

  • @Mortello its not only England wich they as help from its Turkey to..

  • @Mortello UK shouldnt have a say because they dont have the Euro.

  • @geawesomenessed

your right, cant see why people are upset. Uk has not joined tthe Euro, so why should it have a say about it. but it dose remain a part of the trade agreements . so wht the fuss?

  • @Mortello

That's a very subjective view. I think EU Nations are now fully relieved that false friend UK won't bother them anymore.

EU : U want to part of us ? then play by the rules !

UK : I want to take the most of EU but i don't want to play by the rules! please exempt my country from any regulations !

EU : well fuck off !

    UK : Aw...

  • LOL at Sarkozy
