Kai from what i ve seen so far is a really humble and decent guy.I hope for him to be the next Mr.O because he deserves it.Some may not agree with me but i don't like Cutler at all,he's all about money and has one of the worst attitudes ever!!!

I see him sometimes at the Bally's total fitness gym on Tilden Ave. in Bklyn NY.........he obviously doesn't do his "real" workouts there, but he does do some light stuff just to stay up. His heavier stuff if ofcourse done at the gyms that are more on his level. But the guy is definitely cool and approachable, he won't bite your head off if you say "hi" to him, lol!

I remember seeing older vids of Kai posing and he has all that exceptional fullness and roundness of physique that is genetic (Silvio Samuel is another paradign example) but he was just...smaller. Perfectly proportioned but he's just MAGNIFIED in every direction now. If it's training and drugs, it's an amazing appilcation of both.
