  • So if I don't pay my income tax, whats gonna happen to me? Nothing?

  • Uncle Sam is a scammer. Americans are cowards. The future is bleak.

  • Nearly everything in this video is wrong.

  • @RetSquid Then offer a rebuttal...

  • @DontTrdOnMe

1:25 All of the States agree that the 16th Amendment was passed and ratified legally.

1:49 The quote is cut short, was orbiter dictum and is not part of the decision, and ended saying the exact opposite.

    2:20 There was a quorum.

    3:40 Fabricated quote.

6:15 Only about 25% of the income tax goes to pay the interest on the debt.

  • @DontTrdOnMe

6:20 The income tax is not a direct tax, and even if it was, it would still be legal due to the 16th Amendment.

8:15 Here is ’the law’: Title 26

    Section 1, imposes the tax

    Section 61 defines Gross income

    Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

  • If its a fraud and we have had generations of great accountants and politicians, why hasnt this been over turned?

  • there are only three things that they want you to know: 1) You need to work to make money 2) money buys you things 3) pay all of your taxes.

  • perhaps the best study of the income tax is the memorandum by tom cryer. Despite the many government fans i have yet to see anyone tear apart any aspect of the memorandum.

  • however, the banking crime family are able to create money each time they loan money, so they have enough money to buy off weak and corrupt judges. since lobbyist have more money for campaign contributions, the chances of anyone winning against the corrupt system is minimal.

  • After the supreme court held that 1) the 16th amendment did not give congress any new taxing power. 2) the amendment contains nothing repudiating the pollock decision (another words a direct income tax is still illegal. 3) the income tax is an excise tax.

  • There are three things that are now common in text books but which are contrary to justice white dissertation: 1) the 16th amendment created the income tax. 2) the 16th amendment overturned the pollock decision 3) the Federal Income tax is a direct tax. Read the textbook and the compare it with what justice white wrote. You will find that they are both contrary, its so contrary that you will begin to wonder if you could read and comprehend.

  • take an entire high school graduating class and ask them, one by one, what an indirect tax is. Ask them what is an indirect tax's basic constitutional rules and how it differs from direct taxes.

  • Title 26 assumes that the income tax is a tax on income, which is specifically in contradiction to the rulings of the supreme court. Title 26 never gives you a complete law that shows specifically what the federal income tax on your average worker is on. What are they taxing? in legal terminology...what is the subject of the tax? The defendant in most irs cases never bother with questioning the basic law, specifically, what is the irs taxing?

  • According to two unanimous supreme court decisions after the 16th amendment, the income tax is an indirect tax (excise tax). Historically, and as late as 1963, the supreme court held that excise taxes are on certain activities, upon corporate priviliges. While apparently direct taxes could be on rights, indirect taxes can only come from certain activities. The classic revenue taxable activites the production of alcohol, tabacco and firearms.

  • The 1862 so called income tax was actually a duty tax, quite different from todays federal income tax. The 16th amendment was an banker creation, specifically Senator Aldrich who sat with bankers in a remote resort off the state of georgia and designed a system where this country could go indebt and the interest of the debt paid by the Federal Income tax.

  • they wont get rid of it because its a way to check in on where your income is coming from. amongst many reasons including reasons stated in the video the fed also implemented the income tax to fight organised crime boss' such as al capone and others.

  • They did not create it to fight organized crime. You need to check your history. It was initiated in 1862 to raise funds for the Union's civil war. It was eliminated in 1872 then brought back in 1894. It was made permanent in 1913. They won't get rid of it now because w/o it they can't fund their continued overspending.

  • never said they didnt have it before 1913. my point was that it was permanently enacted in 1913. and yes there excuse amongst many was to fight organised crime.

  • How true it is! TEA PARTY!!! That's all I have to say.
