If you dont go to the gym regularly and take your protein suppliments you are not going to get big. You dont need drugs to get big. With todays technology, it is very easy now to get big without the use of drugs(Steroids).

Dimo, know that when people accuse you being unnatural it is because they have absolutely no knowledge of dieting and training. They just show their ignorance. They are most likely lazy fat slobs or lazy skinny twerps. Either way, they are lazy because they don't take the time to educate themselves on how to diet and train properly OR to dedicate themselves. Don't go the 'roid or hormonre route unless you have absolutely peaked at what you can achieve naturally. And if you do decide to do them, make sure you follow the right support sups for you cycle, and a proper PCT to recover.

your arms must be bigger than 16 inches after 6 1/2 years training.. mine are have gone from 12 inches to 15 inches after 4 months!.

I'm shooting for that level of muscle but without being so ripped - bit more fat over the top because I don't think I have your level of dedication. With that kinda body I'd just want to train martial arts :D Keep it up

Dimo, know that when people accuse you being unnatural it is because they have absolutely no knowledge of dieting and training. They just show their ignorance. They are most likely lazy fat slobs or lazy skinny twerps. Either way, they are lazy because they don't take the time to educate themselves on how to diet and train properly OR to dedicate themselves. If they did, then they too would have a physique like yours, and they wouldn't be hatin'. Keep up the good work!

Don't go the 'roid or hormonre route unless you have absolutely peaked at what you can achieve naturally. And if you do decide to do them, make sure you follow the right support sups for you cycle, and a proper PCT to recover.

Out of curiosity, what do you do for your upper pecs? I mean, you've got great separation up there. It's a real weak spot for me and I'm having the biggest pain trying to bring it up.
