    nope, not natural means roids. People in natural contests take supplements obviously, so you know more than the entire professionals in the bodybuilding world? lol....

    The only reason to train without supplements is if you don't have the money to buy it. otherwise, you need it and everyone in fitness world recommends you to take at least protein.

    But ok... keep being skinny and eating chocolate.

    Yes, with only food the results are very slow and weak, so what's the problem in taking sups? if they come from food, and can be ingested faster in a shake, why souldn't we do it?

    So.. I hope you get the point. Protein (or aminoacids, or gainers) supplements are nutrients prepared to be taken faster.... there's nothing saying it is unnatural.

I have a perfect nutrition, 7 meals a day, chicken and fish in the middle of the morning, everything organized, since I'm already in competition and i'm in bodybuilding for 2 years. BUT STILL, SOME SUPPLEMENTS ARE NEEDED.

    for you just to be a regular guy, with minimum fat, it's not needed. for a bodybuilder it's needed.

And you know yourself I suppose, BB use all for up and up faster as possible, without précautions. Yes, whey prots cause many troubles, and if you have perfect nutrition, you don't need that, because if you don't know, eat Whey prot produced an effect like "placebo" for the brain.     It's common, I don't blame you. I had to read, research, learn, before I knew about many tipes of supplements.

    I just tought you knew what you were talking about.... but since you don't, search anywhere and you won't find anything bad in whey (or casein or other protein). Now I hope I could help you :)

  • @Zyphon400 je vais te répondre en français tellement tu me soules a raconter de la merde, je t'invite a te renseigner contre les méfaits d'un excès de protéines sur le corps, sachant qu'il faut 0,8gr/kilo/jour de protéines en moyenne, dépasse ça et tu auras de sérieux problèmes au niveau du foie etc. La caséine et la whey ce n'est pas du tout la même chose, elles sont même complémentaires. Au lieu de conseils, apprends a lire.

Ok? donc si tu prends une whey100% tu as 30grammes de prot par shake. en plus de ta nourriture. t'es vite intoxiqué. A ton avis pourquoi les bodybuilders prennent des extraits d'artichauts ou de radis noir? faut arrêter de dire que consommer de la whey c'est normal. Bouffe de la whey sans arômes, dégueu! alors stop.

If you dont go to the gym regularly and take your protein suppliments you are not going to get big. You dont need drugs to get big. With todays technology, it is very easy now to get big without the use of drugs(Steroids).

  • Dimo, know that when people accuse you being unnatural it is because they have absolutely no knowledge of dieting and training. They just show their ignorance. They are most likely lazy fat slobs or lazy skinny twerps. Either way, they are lazy because they don't take the time to educate themselves on how to diet and train properly OR to dedicate themselves. If they did, then they too would have a physique like yours, and they wouldn't be hatin'. Keep up the good work!

  • Don't go the 'roid or hormonre route unless you have absolutely peaked at what you can achieve naturally. And if you do decide to do them, make sure you follow the right support sups for you cycle, and a proper PCT to recover.
