Me & my brother saw something similar to this in about 86 or 87 in the winter. Lights travelled from approx opposite parts of the sky & eventually formed a triangular formation & hovered there for a minute or two-looked like they were very very high in the sky. This is the closest video to what we saw that I've found so far.
It was an experiment performed by NASA in close cooperation with the US Military as an attempt to gauge the rate of descending flares that have been fired from the surface of the moon... DUHHH. My boyfriend and I had seen similar lights off the Tybee Island, GA coast line on April 22nd, 2010. We have been looking for videos to see if anyone caught it , because our camera wouldn't pick it up. We were talking about God, the supernatural and the possibility of other life forms past our universe and how small our world was and these lights began to dance in the distance. It started with 1 then it was 8 of them, dancing about. as one went off the other came on, just like here.

I have seen this with my own eyes. Except I'm on the other side of the world in Wa. State. I watched them for 45 minutes do formations, appear, disappear over a ridge, flicker, on and off. The colors were red, yellow and white. Right over a ridge just above the tree line. I was too far away to film anything but it was cool to watch. We even exhausted all means of it being airplanes or public safety vehicles. So this is good video of exactly what I and my buddy saw for 45 minutes.

I had a similar sighting @ 1975 in UK ( Cheshire ) was driving eastbound on the M62 motorway and noticed to my left 3 bright lights at first I thought it was stars but the colour and size where not the same as stars and was to low in the sky, also they formed triangular patern.
I pulled over to take a better look and I'm sure it was not stars as the lights seamed to pulse, I must have looked for @ 5 mins.they the lights dispursed in 3 stright lines into the night sky.

I had a similar sighting @ 1975 in UK ( Cheshire ) was driving eastbound on the M62 motorway and noticed to my left 3 bright lights at first I thought it was stars but the colour and size where not the same as stars and was to low in the sky, also they formed triangular patern.
I pulled over to take a better look and I'm sure it was not stars as the lights seamed to pulse, I must have looked for @ 5 mins.they the lights dispursed in 3 stright lines into the night sky.

I often go out and look at the skies but lately they have been spraying so much damn chemtrails that it is impossible to get a clear view of heavens any more.
these government bastards have been spraying us since late 1990's.

I live about 5 miles away from a busy airport, on a clear night we see this "phenomenon" all the time - we call them airplanes. Yes it's fun to imagine that life from extrasolar planets are doing flyovers around our big blue planet, but thats just pure fantasy. There are some people that have not yet figured out the meaning of light years nor have a basic grasp of physics.

the aliens are pointing at the moon. the tip seems off to the bottom and below to the moon so I think if we consider this vid real coordinates are required as to which country on earth would have seen the tip of that arrow pointer shape alignment thing, gasp, point fairly along the center of the moon. because everytime their banks start struggling like in the recession, they borrow shitloads of money from other countries and hand it out to them but that just makes it worse because it decreases the value of their currency, so their dollar value goes down AND they now owe more money to other countries. when the recession started, the 1st thing the US should have done was temporarily closed down their cash factories so that then the value of their currency would have gone up dramatically.
