When I got to the higher performance gliders (SensorB Full Race, HPII, HPAT158, RamAir) I would always come in at least with base tube between chest and naval for speed, the bleed it of a couple of feet over the ground, letting the glider more or less fly itself and transition to an upright position with hands high on the downtubes. You can never go wrong with an agressive flare.
Yea I probavly did that too, I know I got my hands behind the wires going from the basetube back to the keel instead of infront of them. and I pushed forward instead of up to flare,

Its a Sting made by airborn a beginner glider. I wasnt very experienced at that time, It shows what not to do.
