Hey, Tagged... well thanks buddy, the money's in the post..ha ha And it wont take too long to grow my eyebrows back after that little carb burp either... lol,..,. nice results ha?, and i knew you had screwed that other camera, after the oil spilled on it you sounded like you were under water.. hope its not killed it. cheers buddy.... Del. (and kewl hand impressions too, you could pass for me anyday...lol)
extra thumbs up for the Delboy pointy finger :-) daamn that must feel nice to know that basically all it took was a 10cent spring to fix the tranny ( changiing filter and modulator cost more I know ) looking forward to the next video - hope we'll get to see Evelyn drive :-D
There were strange goings on in that tranny. A filter, that wasn't, and just rattled around on a stud. Then, the shifter linkage that needed a push where none was designed. Hmmm?
@Busia1949 - Yup.. hand torqued to specs with no Silicone needed. New gaskets are rubber not cork and don't need the silicone.. Not a single drip! and Dad's the Camera Guy today.. I was a little GREASY..
@berkelusa the Dunkin Donuts of course... Although I have found better donuts out here... the coffee is really what I miss and for some reason you can't get the same taste at home with the stuff they sell at the super market...
You didnt give up and take it to a trans shop. You persevered and fixed it. A little thinking outside the box with the spring fix and now its a hotrod. Really a good showing of thinking it out. I cant get over it. This gives me courage.
