@SuperCodzombies That used to happen to me too. If you have Xbox Live but not a gold subscription, you will earn only 60cR. So, you have to buy gold.

Delete ur account but not items then recover then it should work if not delete updates patches but not items re download them then recover GT it worked for me

i just got a glitch on my profile, i have been playing halo reach on xbox live for a long time, and yesterday too, i have played on today too, so when i turned off my xbox to go eat, and then came back to play, all of a sudden i have to forfeit my profile in order to play online, but i already have been playing with my account online and i already have forfeited it a long time ago, is there a way to fix my account with out forfeiting it on halo reach? plzzzz help!!!!! and recovering wont work.

i know what to do with your avatar turning black and losing achievements going away, you have to recover your account, it worked for me and my friends so it should work for you

About the spartans turning black,and losing your rank.When you sigh in ti livw with reach youll be asked if you wan to give up your credits(or sumthin like that)select yes and youll have acess to your info.Chossing no will reset you to a default spartan in live matches.Hope that helps you out.

i got built in hard drive in my xbox 360 and when i goto thetar it says connect xbox 360 hard drive but its built in please help me

1. if you are skilled with opening up electronics without breaking them then buy a bigger hard drive for an xbox 360 slim and install it.

2. if you arent skilled then i would suggest getting an external hard drive or buying a new xbox 360

umm well i got my xbox slim with the kinect 4 christmas and it came with a 2 day gold membership trial and my live dosnt work. and christmas was 2day any help?

[SOLVED] All you have to do is get a USB flash drive to save ur game. Thats what i had to do.

my xbox totally crapped out on me on launch day. first frequent freezing on campaign and then occasional freezing on firefight. and on top of that the game started getting glitchy too. from parts of the maps turning pixelated and having tears and holes, in too the character and gun models being stretched so i can even see in front of me...AND NOW the problem has spread over to my other games, if ANYBODY can explain wut this fuking problem is and how to fix it please msg me back.

Yeah Same Thing Happened to Me But This is How You Fix it

1. Xbox 360 Dashboard

2. System settings

3. My xbox and scroll all the way to the right. Click it

4. The third option should be to select memory. Click it.

5. Go to hard drive. Then click on your hard drive and find your xbox live account. 6. Delete your xbox live account and when it asks if you want to delete the profile and items or just the profile then select PROFILE ONLY.

7. recover your gamertag and you're good to go.

The problem is that you modded So delete your profile only and NOT the Items then recover it.
