  • I Have to pay tribute to my favorite STL music icon Beatle Bob!

    TomNeal

  • beatle bob im dance of life dancer we both do the same thing , i have 700 you tube videos under susan stone , i dress up and dance the dance of life [ bob & susan are one in the same ] ive often been compaired to beatle bob im famous on internet and i have the same rude comments beatle bob dose

  • im met beatle bob , hes a great guy .

  • I just LOVED having Beatle Bob at concerts when I lived in St. Louis. I know a lot of bands feel the same. He has such an amazing vigor and passion for life, music and people. I'm sorry posters here are calling him a theif and a liar. Why not just focus on your own glass house. Go Bob! (people in st. louis are so judgemental, you should be greatful for anything and anyone that make the city unique. First Baton Bob is forced out, and now Beatle Bob is being attacked. Shame on you!)

  • Agreed, everyone outside of St. Louis thinks he is great. However, when your in St. Louis and have to see him at every concert you go to, he gets really old. and if you have the misfortune of getting stuck next to him, well your concert experience is ruined.

  • As I said after joining an anti-bob page on FB, which lead me to this link, he is a tool of the highest order. I fear going to a show in St. Louis, for if the band is good, the tool is probably there, air-chopping stir fy veggies, and mostly talking shit.

  • Beatle Bob is an asshole. He shows up late and finds the smallest girl in front and shoves her out of the way. Then he kicks everyone around him so he can have room to "dance". No one wants to do anything 'cause the guy is so old and fucking crazy. He's also a liar. Don't believe a single word he says. To top it off hes even been banned from the Tivoli for digging through the trash for empty popcorn tubs and cups for refills. fucking nasty ass bastard.

  • Beatle Bob is a fucking asshole. In a packed house he finds the smallest girl and shoves her out of the way so he can be in front. Then he kicks everyone around him so he can have room to "dance". Most don't do anything 'cause they don't want to look bad beating up that stupid, crazy, lying, geriatric bastard. Did I mention he was a liar? Don't believe a word he says. He has also been banned from the Tivoli 'cause he digs through the trash for popcorn tubs and cups to get refills.

  • If you like Beatle Bob, you're forgiven because you're not from St. Louis.

  • Yeah, pretty much the only people who like him havent been around him. He is a thief.

  • I'm a huge fan of the Beatle Bob, and the teaser is good and fun, but I hope, for the sake of the documentary, we find what formative event in his life now makes his obsession tick.

  • Message to all those losers who berate and rundown Beatle Bob:

Stay home on Saturday night and pout, you will never, ever be a real rockin' roller!

  • Sweet friggin' jeezus GET THIS MAN A SHAKER..... or tambourine... or somethin'

  • I first saw him at my first A.D.H.D (raising kane) show.

    Gooood times :)

  • THe first time I ever saw him was Cheap Trick, "Live by the Levee", 2006. Robin got on the mic and with the biggest smile said, "Say 'Hi!' to Beatle Bob, everybody!" I never heard of him at the time. All I could think was, "Who's this Beatle-lookin' mother fucker?". Well, I looked him up, and he lives every true rocker's dream. God, I hope you can to one of my concert someday, B.B.! There's always a spot for you right beside my drum kit!

  • I actually saw Beatle Bob NOT dance at a concert ONE time...Brian Wilson performing SMiLE in St. Louis in August 2005--it's the ONLY concert I've ever seen him sit and listen. I'm sure he had been threatened by members of the band and security (not to mention a few of the other audience members)...weird guy...

  • has anyone read the Blender article on him? it's flippin amazing. he is such a character.

  • beatle bob is a nice dude and a bit of a freak and clepto. He's far more interesting than most of these fucking emotionless hipsters that go to shows in every city in america.

  • Bob is a good friend and a music lover. He is a very nice person and I am always glad to see him.

  • The sad thing is, that fucker is probably mentally ill but nobody wants to bother helping him get some serious psychiatric help because they think he's "funny" or whatever, even though he annoys the shit out of a lot of people.

And where does he get all that money to go to concerts? The guy must have no life between work and concerts.

  • lmfao i actually worked with the guy for a local tv show "big brother and itch'y"...

not at all mentally ill. nice guy actually...

  • saw him at arts beats and eats

  • Did he steal your food?

  • Bob is a nice man nonetheless...

  • Why is there a video about him? What is his significance?

  • Like Paris Hilton, he is famous for being famous.

  • he also got fired from ups for stealing.

  • you got fired in ups for stealing

  • Beatle Bob is annoying and criminal. He disrupts concerts, and he has been caught shoplifting numerous times. He should be ignored.

  • I first saw him at a bela fleck concert when i waws eight, 15 years ago. I have seen him a dozen times since- at random places around saint louis. He winked at me once at a southern culture on the skids concert at the pagent (saint louis). I also have seen him walking down a street by my house a few years ago. He's a trip.

  • Mojo Nixon's description of Beatle Bob's Freaky Deaky Dancing made me laugh out loud, and so hard I had tears coming out of my eyes!!!!

  • Beatle Bob is the man!!!!! I have seen Beatle Bob many times at the New Orleans Jazz Fest.

  • HAHAHA!!! Hilarious...!!

    he is the party boy....rs

  • Great teaser and I can't wait to see the film.

  • SIT DOWN !!!!!

  • Seeing Beatle Bob dancing at Roky Erikson's show at Lollapalooza in Chicago last year was brilliant; I'd never even heard of him before. It made me remember that, at it's best, rock and roll is about being free to express yourself. Thanks Beatle Bob.

  • If this asshole EVER jumped up on my stage blood would flow.

  • get off the stage rain man

  • dude , your weird too

  • Beetle Bob attended 2007 Americana Music Assn Conference, Nashville TN. He is a nice chap and the bands seemed to enjoy his dancing. I did. After an evening of gyrations I asked him if he was tired."No" was the answer. and his coat was not soaked in sweat.

  • If you're at a show and you see Beatle Bob there, you know you're at the right place at the right time.

  • This is a mockumentary, right?!? I mean , I know this guy is real, but a documentary?

  • i was at lollapalooza this past weekend and i was fortunate to run across beatle bob on the last day on my way out of grant park. great guy!

  • There are the famous Masters and there are the

    famous disciples!

  • BB rocks! I have a small video of him in Memphis last year. He called me on New Year's to wish everyone in Ft Lauderdale a swingin' New Year! I don't care what anyone says, I think he's great.

  • I enjoyed seeing him at Lolla

  • I hear he's banned from Street Side Records for stealing

  • klepto, scammer... yeah, really deserving of a documentary...

  • They'll just feed his narcissistic tendencies...

  • Documentaries don't always have to be about an inspiring story of overcoming adversity or great, goodwill-dishing people. Some of the best documentaries are about interesting characters, no matter who they are or what they do/did.

Beatle Bob is just a guy that got famous for dancing at every show he's been to (which happens to be thousands.)

  • Great! Fantatstic! Thanks for documenting this legend.
