They were the featured singers on Red Skelton's radio program until their manager demanded an unreasonable sum of money. In hindsight to this bad decision they later fired him and deeply regretted what hapened. They were good!
I've been looking for this version of this song for years. It is one of the most-remembered songs from the radio during my younger years. I'm so grateful to have finally found it. THANK you to whoever put it here.

I got to know this song through a hilarious version by Dutch singer/comedien Andre van Duin. Later I discoverd this song
