  • hey guys watch my video and ull find the secret that every famous djembe player uses!! and by the way dude your good!!!!

  • niice, but what are those pedal things?

  • Ellis Stomp box amd Djembe drum

  • very nicely done! talent is present.

    4/5

  • That was great ,really enjoyed that .

  • Tremendous!

  • my question is how can you change the tone of the stompboxes if you get 2 how do you make them have such a low or high sound. I just got one and i want to alter the sound a bit i am thinking i should use a mixer with effects and adjust the EQ but so far i cannot get it to do a high tapping sound.

  • Lol

    Keep at it ;)

  • i have the same djembe same design on the outside same size too :] its sweet. small enough to have a sharper snareish sound and big enough to still have a nice bass tone. just enough bass to like not be over powering and its more portable too. perfect for jamming n everything else you could ever need a djembe for

  • i keep getting this beat stuck in my head

  • I agree with Scouter0

  • I agree with Scouter0

  • so cool!! hes wearing chucks too that just makes it twice as awesome

  • I'm definetly getting the stomp petals, no questions asked.

  • great tones man love the stomp pedals must get me some of those. Cool riffs too, Check out some of my work, similar styles. Keep it up!

  • Awesome work dude!!!

  • YES,YES AND YES! :-D

  • cool. Its amazing the sounds that you can get out of just one drum. Those stomp boxes are a good idea to, they be good for blues musicians and street buskers.

  • cool stuff man.. check my video... no pedals, just straight up djembe riffs... like you got from 1:50 on.... but more african flammy stuff :)

    but worse video... still...

  • simple and good.

  • Great!

  • bravissimo

  • nice job i love the beat

  • Nice job. I personally like the more acoustic sound of bass drum & hihat. I thought you might like a video us doing a song where I play the Doumbek. I also play cajon and I mix world beats. Best wishes

  • nice sound...

  • there is no djembe in what you play...

    but nice music

  • there is no djembe in what you play...

    but nice music

  • love the beat ... its not super fast .. but just rich

  • Yeah, thats a good way to put it. A nice rich beat.

  • Very nice job man! Nice djembe btw... I own the 18x28 inch version of that Remo, and I love it!

  • do you by any chance know the brand, size, and model of his djembe??

  • remo

  • yeah thnx...i found it out after i looked it up...=)...i couldnt decide if it was remo of L.P.

  • I have an LP and once had a remo (from the same seris in the video but smaller) I like the LP better.

  • Looks to me, like a 12" Remo, probably a Paulo Mattioli or Leon Mobley djembe

  • goo job

  • thats pretty damn sweet

  • So very cool....

  • Nice man :o)

  • i always wondered how john butler was making that sound.

  • Dude... that's so cool..

  • that was awesome, man! great tone with that djembe, too.

  • Awesome Cajon?! What's so amazing about it?! I don't even see a Cajon! I 2 foot pads (notice the wires), a djembe, but not a Cajon!!! The only cool thing about his vid is the guy's arm/feet dexterity!

Learn what a Cajon is, ppl!! Geez...

  • That's some AWESOME cajon playing!

  • Thanks for posting.
