my question is how can you change the tone of the stompboxes if you get 2 how do you make them have such a low or high sound. I just got one and i want to alter the sound a bit i am thinking i should use a mixer with effects and adjust the EQ but so far i cannot get it to do a high tapping sound.
i have the same djembe same design on the outside same size too :] its sweet. small enough to have a sharper snareish sound and big enough to still have a nice bass tone. just enough bass to like not be over powering and its more portable too. perfect for jamming n everything else you could ever need a djembe for
cool. Its amazing the sounds that you can get out of just one drum. Those stomp boxes are a good idea to, they be good for blues musicians and street buskers.
Nice job. I personally like the more acoustic sound of bass drum & hihat. I thought you might like a video us doing a song where I play the Doumbek. I also play cajon and I mix world beats. Best wishes
Awesome Cajon?! What's so amazing about it?! I don't even see a Cajon! I 2 foot pads (notice the wires), a djembe, but not a Cajon!!! The only cool thing about his vid is the guy's arm/feet dexterity!
I saw this video a hundred times! Love the beat...

kornmix 4 years ago
I have an LP and once had a remo (from the same seris in the video but smaller) I like the LP better.
Guaguanco11 4 years ago
Looks to me, like a 12" Remo, probably a Paulo Mattioli or Leon Mobley djembe
