I saw the CULT in Sydney,Australia..around 1986..in my mid 30's..and I was in the Mosh Pit..I'm usually at the side where the Foldback is...I had the BEST time..All these young boys surrounded me..and I could Dance and be safe coz they saw I was 'older'..and were polite..I guess..The Band were fantastic.have seen so many 'live' Bands..they were full of energy..Great Concert..See them if you still can,and you get a chance..You won't regret it..Woo Hoo..Ian A is gorgeous!!.
I think this may be the tour where Guns and Roses opened for the cult - Guns and Roses were not known of at that point in time. The Cult would give equipment away to the audience.
@sadfuk they didnt headline at all their venues on this tour, i saw them in 87 too opening for david bowie on his glass spider tour they blew him off stage too
My 11 yr old daughter tried a hat on similar today so I showed her this video and she said 'wow that's really cool' she's learning drums and appreciates good music ...even if it is almost 25 yrs old! Remeber seeing them on this tour in Brighton in march '87- amazing
Saw this band in concert in Roanoke V.A. (U.S.A.) in 1988, They were the opening act for Metallica's And Justice for All tour @ that time !!! What a concert it was . Billy Duffy was awesome live a true talented band in general !!! csc/10
Ian inspires me more every time I see him, I think Duffy is an awesome name for a dog ipodo. Somebody find me a band today that comes close to the Cult...we need it baddddddd
The history of rock wouldn't be the same without this song in its arsenal, what a timeless masterpiece

The band toured with Kid Chaos (also known as "Haggis" and "The Kid") on bass, with Stewart on rhythm guitar.

I have always loved the Cult. So cool how they have the stones kind of blues and the simple hard licks of ac/dc and punkish lyrics. crazy..

the Cult is a true hard rock band, original and raw energy. No one these days comes close.

Sorry, Dr Deano. Today's cookie-cutter bands can't come close to the Cult.
Folks who like their music raw and inspiring have it hard these days.
