  • I had a Action Man game haha

  • holy crap...most of the games shown in the vid, i have never seen them before!! I only saw donkey kong and mickey mouse back when i was a kid. back in those days, kids with these gadgets are respected by their friends at schools...lol... i remembered begging a classmate to play this device...brings back memories...

  • Dang each game on a separate system. People must've bought alot of batteries back then.

  • fuckin hated these things

  • yo todavia conservo el mio de donkey kong

  • Are these real or emulators?

  • @gjc82071 Neither one nor the other, they're simulators. Emulators for this stuff is a difficult task due to the hardware differences between one device and other and also because they didn't have binary roms or cpus, only logic circuits. So they're recreations of the original behavior for each device. Here madrigaldesign.it/sim/ enjoy yourself.

  • @Daipop Ok, simulator. Simulator, emulator, I though they were basically the same, but I see your point. I mean, yea, they have differences, but bottom line, you get to play retro games, on your PC. Anyway, I have like over 100 of these "Game & Watch" type simulators, & I love'em. I also "collect" (if you call it that) retro emulators/ROMs & also 16 real classic consoles/200+carts. You into retro gaming? MAME, Stella, MESS, etc? I'm looking for people for Kaillera Client/online play.

  • I had the motorcycle game and a Street Fighter one.

  • Been trying to rally the troops for the brand new PREHISTORIC CHANNEL that just launched.

  • Suck

  • Suck

  • @N64isgreat Translate:

    Game and Watch. Pac Man.

    Yep its a knockoff

  • I had a few of these. My favorite was the snoopy game in color. It's amazing how far games have come (and how advanced the snoopy color game was at the time)!

  • They didn't suck for those of us old enough to remember the first home video game system back in the 70's. That sucked!

  • Wasnt that pong thing 600 dollars or something What suckers....

  • Nintendo Game & Watch.. whoops

  • The Nintendo Watch & Play games were so primitive but they were also addictive!

  • anyone know how much these cost in their prime??

  • I fucking hate these games! They're all the fucking same! Mario and Penuts get props, though, for being in color. Also, the juggling one and the Lifesaver one look interesting....

  • AWESOME! Please, do another one with Konami LCD:s Turtles, Bayou Billy, Blades of Steel... PLEASE!!!

  • very good work on your video. ich had a racing game but i dont know the name

  • motorcross = Gameboy Prototype?

  • If I didn't have a spell cheek I would never get that right!

  • the grandaddy of handheld game technology is desicrated now... (did I spell that right?)

  • Game and watch systems were the very first handhelds, and they were awesome.

  • Now you can get these in like kiddie meals.

  • i didnt know that there are colored lcd games e.g. snoopy in this video -not the background-

  • I had a couple of these that were watches that you wore, I had a formula 1 racing game, and Ninja Gaiden.

  • I played tetris first, in this form! That intro music was really annoying though, if I were to get a game during the night, and I left the sound on, the whole town would be awake.

  • game at 2:10sec donkey kong.. i clocked this game by jumping barrels only.lol!! i was only like 10 years old took me about 4 hours to do..lol

  • these were the old days....

  • they looks so boring

  • pretty neat :)

  • I actually loved these games, and I found this cool website that has almost every electronic handheld game for sale. It's great if you want the original classics.

    ElectronicHandHelds . com

  • I still have Donkey Kong II and Lifeboat somewhere.. those were great games :D

  • I still have Donkey Kong 11 too. I used to also have Mario Bros, but don't know what happened to it now.

  • boop boot beet beep

  • Good job!!!

  • Omigosh! Brings back memories! There are still several that's not shown here that I remember: Fire, Octopus, ummm.... brain's fried right now can't think anymore.... :) Thanks loads for posting.

  • fun man. thanks for sharing this video

  • its wierd coz the GAME & WATCH games made by nintendo have some colour but when they brought out the GAMEBOY it was in complete greys & blacks??? WEIRD

  • That isn't weird, actually. The colored parts never moved and could be painted on the background. If they moved, they had to be black and white. Except the bomb one... that musta been newer. Anyways, those are cool games. I have the game and watch gallery 4 and play some of those sometimes.

  • How could MB not remake the Microvision? it's just as important despite the problems it had

    :(

  • You could film the actual play without the fingers... overall your filming technique is excellent!

Thanks for not covering your video with music too.

  • cool video!

  • Fab.. my first handheld was by Tandy , and involved LED`s moving around in a version of submarines , also basketball..made these games look space age :-) Probably circa 1977

  • haha awesome!! Classic!!
