@cowluvr102 Don't do craigslist. You might get stolen instead. lol When they mention "act of god" it means that the company is not responsible for any lightning striking you when using the cellphone. Another example would be if you're in a hurricane. lol It's call protection plan. I lost and broke mine, yet got a new phone. :)

They stopped doing that because to many people report their phones stolen (When they really arn't) and they get a new one for like $50 dollars. So yeah.
sorry its lost but just saying if at&t or apple replaced a stolen phone or ipod when ever it was "stolen" people would fake getting a phone stolen to get a new phone. but i know you really did lose your phone i am just saying
