HELP!! Okay i was taking a shower today with warm water and i started coughing and vomiting!! What happened i felt like i couldn't breath.My lungs hurt still when i breath.It always happens when i take a shower.=/

@goldcurrent1 I agree with your dislike of fluoride......but, I think that it definitely does make teeth stronger/harder. That being said, I just use flouridated toothpaste and rinse, no need to be ingesting it from the fricken drinking water...yikes.

Fluoride was used by the Nazis on prisoners to keep them docile and reduce their will to escape.
Its also used in rat poison and does NOT help prevent cavities in toothpaste, which even the ADA admitted to recently. Use non-fluoridated products!
