ok guys sweden got like 2 powerplays in that game. us got like 10 and both teams played equally "ugly". So yes i think there was a little favouring to the us side. not saying sweden lost because of that but it sure didnt help being shorthanded like half the game..
I think both teams played well, and it was an exciting game. The US won because they played better then us. Our defence sucked in this game! and that's why we lost, but everyone else in the swedish team played really good. And as for the refs...well they could have done a lot better...they were definitely on the US side.
But anyway i hope you guys win against Canada because im rooting for you!

Oh, but I do have to say. The refs in international play are always this way. Did you see the game Canada VS swiss yesterday? Lots of non calls on the swiss (also on Canada). The refs don't go "onesided". The refs are just clueless in international play. Our game had a swedish + usa ref. Maybe the sweden ref was purposely not calling things on the swiss, cause he hates canada. Conspiracy!

I think both teams played well, and it was an exciting game. The US won because they played better then us. Our defence sucked in this game! and that's why we lost, but everyone else in the swedish team played really good. And as for the refs...well they could have done a lot better...they were definitely on the US side.
