I used to work at several BK's and I tried my best to get people what they wanted, but I honestly would have been fired or had my hours drastically reduced if I didn't stick to the exact portions (i.e. 4 pickles on a whopper) for everything I made.

Also sit down restaurants are not always better, kelseys for example has a veggie burger with over 1500 calories and as much as 50% of your daily required amount of salt.
