Hiring managers want someone less intelligent than they are, they aren't genuinely looking for the "right person for the job", if you'd consult some people that actually study human behavior and the human psyche you would know this.

I'm a woman watching and I really don't think the bathing suit is that big of a deal - i.e. it doesn't offend/irritate me or come off as "slutty". I like the videos b/c they're informative. Although, if a hot guy was giving similar advice shirtless, I'd be pretty distracted - I'll give you that.

WTH!...why should anyone whose trying to seek some "professional advice" listen to someone leisurely giving advice in a damn swimsuit in a pool! Dice is crap! This should been more professionally set up. Most guys are looking for jobs, not tits...well, you know what I mean...:)

Her advice is actually useful, and they have cleverly used a way to grab people's attention. I think you need to watch your language when commenting on videos also, because now it's you that looks unprofessional.
