@EmperorAtahualpa There was a good doc a Chinese woman did about NK and she had more access since China and NK are more friendly to each other. She talked about their 3g network. She didn't mention specific prices but it's very pricy and takes a good while to save up for it. I wish I could remember the name of the doc. I'm sure if you search for "China North Korea" or something like that you can find it.
