I have both of these and prefer the nexus s 4G EXCEPT for poor signal issues. Im actually on my 2nd EVO...it took a hard drop and glass screen shattered. Trying not to find out how the Nexus screen durability compares =P

I am going in to Best Buy on Tax Free Weekend in Boston to buy NEXUS S. I would of had to pay $34.oo in Taxes if I bought the day before. Please try to test more accurately next time. Actually launch the apps at the same time. For example, hold down both icons and then let go at the same time. Also, the two devices obviously have much different interfaces, so it's unfair to test speeds. Instead, test two devices with the same UI. These points I have made would make a good comparison in my opinion.

@MultiToaster123 Look at the date man. This is not the ONE with 4G this is the one that was release to Tmobile with 3G only. This video was created Dec 23, 2010. The Nexus s (4G) for sprint came out in April 6, 2011, this video is from Dec 2010.

So NO, this nexus s don't have 4 G. It's the Tmobile version, noob.

The Nexus S has a better looking screen. It has better contrast. The Evo has greyish blacks and the colors look washed out but I like the design of the EVO better which looks more expensive. Oh well, one can't have everything :(

the nexus just looks a lot smoother and better then the evo and it looks like it just runs smoother all around better then the evo and the screen looks a lot cooler on the nexus when the screen is turned off on the nexus then the evo and you can tell that it has better graphics.... so my pick would obviously be the nexus s for sure!!

I just traded in my HTC evo for this phone the nexus 4g... I flippin hate this phone. I want my EVO back so bad but stupid sprint wont let me trade it back.. This phone is completely empty and has no installed personalization or customizations to choose from. Its a pure Google phone with nothing in it and the colors are boring and ugly. I miss HTC sense and all the options the EVO has to make it your own phone.. Anyone want to trade? lol

I have an Evo, while i really like the Nexus S and it's openness for dev It is not a huge leap in hardware to make the switch. The Nexus One was a huge evolution and i am disappointed that this did not carry the name as well.
