  • I seem to have quite a similar problem myself. My Blue Earth is booting itself quite often in different situations leaving it to wait for pin-code. I miss quite a lot of calls because of that, since I usually don't notice it rebooting itself. One thing that I've noticed that makes it more common is regular use of the web client. It might have some kind of memory handling issues, which they haven't released new firmware for.

  • The most disappointed is their response. Almost 3 months, the problem hasn’t been solved. 2 weeks ago, their manager promised they will answer me soon, but until now, I have seen any reply from Samsung.

Anyone wants to buy Samsung products, please think again, at least in Singapore.

  • Hi unpleasedcustomers!

My Blue Earth is working great, I did not experience restarts using my Blue Earth in any way you had stated. Its possibly the Samsung outlet you gone to have defect Blue Earth stocks , you can try get to other Samsung Service outlet to change one! Hope this help ya!

    Leong (Singapore)

  • Hi NasiAlamak ,

Congratulation, you get a good one.

However, this is the result of 5 times service, including firmware upgrade, PCB change, and 1-1 replacement. The phone in this video is the brand-new one arranged by headquarter (Singapore) and unpacked (with original seal) in front of me, and they promise this is not a refurbished phone.

  • @unpleasedcustomers I see, hope you get a working one like mine, i got a friend who got a fine one too. Which Samsung service center did you go to? Hope it isn't the one at Plaza Singapura as their service is great.

  • It is Plaza Singapura. They show friendly face, but I don't know whether they have the will to solve my problem. At least, I cannot feel that.

  • @NasiAlamak Hi I'm interested in this phone too :]. Is it still available in Singapore? I can't find it anywhere in my country... And Does it have warranty and how long?

  • @ale03000 Yes i can still see it available in a few shops, especially a few Starhub dealers. I am no longer using my Blue Earth i am using a Samsung Wave II now.
