I love watching these videos. These prisoners learn how to cooperate and actually get along with people instead of causing them harm. At least they get to get out of their cells for something productive. Don't see that happening here in the US, especially when we are cutting jobs to the prisons. Here, the only thing the prisoners learn is how to not get caught next time and how to be more brutal.

a couple of guys in the front are actually dancers from MJ concerts. i think the guy in the very front is MJ's choreographer! but still, everyone else is so disciplined and seem to enjoy themselves it's amazing!! the first brilliant idea how prisons should be! wonderful way to rehabilitation

I truly became a Michael Jackson fan back in the frigid days of January 1988 after watching the "Man in the Mirror" video every morning for like two weeks straight before going off to my junior high school.

Michael Jackson is truly with you. And all I wanna say is that he really cared about you--as he did our world.

@MsFairygirl13 yes! i'm very sure! i'm from the philippines. they are really prisoners in a prison in cebu.. maybe, you think they are not prisoners because they are good but they just practice a lot which makes them good plus their costumes and a good choreographer of MJ... daning is part of their rehabilitaion in the prison.. if you a go here in the philippines.. you can pay them a visit if you like, they are actually a tourist attraction in Cebu. visit us, its more fun in the philippines!

They prepared the dance for 2 days with a percentage of 70% of the prisoners considered high risk. Travis Payne mentions it was like working with any regular kind of people due to their program of rehabilitation which seems to be working quite well.
