hey man. i read your comment on wanting to go on sytycd. me too. you're a good dancer. but trust me...you have to beef up. if you get further than the first round then you might have to do lifts, and that can be hard. plus, ballet is almost 100% necessary. that's what i'm doing now. i'm 6'3" and 190 and i'm not even strong enough to lift a girl over 160 over my head. and then dance. i hope this helps. :)
