I dropped a gadwall from about 50 yards straight up on Thanksgiving Day with these things. I got great patterns and didn't notice any added recoil. I disagree on the patterns. I had 94 percent of the bb's in a 30 inch circle at 40 yards. Very good core, very nice pattern.
Great commercial until 0:24 ouch !

This stuff is junk, The wads are shit and you will get very un predictable patterns from them not opening correctly.

Knocked me on my butt, but my feet were in a bad position. Totally worth it. I loved the powder aroma afterwards. Very powerfull.
