BENCHMADE 710 AXIS

I have one of those. What a great knife. I know some people aren't crazy about combo blades but I like'em.

I've got 5 710's now, only one is a combo edge the rest are all plain edge. But I use my combo edge ll the time.

If you go to sites like Dealextreme they have Benchmade IMPOSTERS they are not actual benchamde knifes, Benchmade USA is a EXCELLENT company (one of the best actually)

they did have a red class (now closed) that was clearly labelled MADE in china. they did not hide it in any way.

@OfficerSheepDog Sure there are several good USA models out there but quality now a days has changed. The Infidel's springs suck ass seeing it can't shoot it's blade completely thru a piece of paper, and even worse it's recommendation for the infidel to the military and law enforcement

Benchmade is JUST another knife company. If someone doesn't want to buy from them, they have the freedom NOT to.

BTW, pretty much all of RSI's trash talk revolves around the Infidel's weak springs. That really supports. . .

at 2:05 it has a close up of the butterfly. On the bottom right hand part of the wing theres is a mark, is it rust, cost mine came with two complimentary rust marks on the knife. I buffed them out with a dremel but now the butterfly on my one is a bit ruined. Spewin. I'm not blaiming benchmade cos it was probarbly shop neglect but i swear to NEVER buy another D2 blade because theyre obviously prone to rust. Beautiful knife though. I'm only spewing because it was a collection knife not edc.

Right. It's a sweet knife. Perfect EDC folder. I bought the D2 version, although I wished I would get my hands on an ATS-43 or M2 version :/

knifeworks got some 154cm (ie american ats-34) 710s. they are out of them now, but you could give them a call and ask if they get any more to send you one.
