  • What a wonderful song, and such fantastic singing! It's a shame we don't have singings like this in North Carolina any more. When I lived in Alabama for a year, I went to as many singings like this as I could. What a blessing it was! Alabama is truly the last refuge for old shape-note Southern music like this and the Sacred Harp.
