i' not sure what these guys won the competition for, i can't see any harmony or context in this design. even if there is some of those things they managed to hide it among barrels and cubes.
and what the hell is 2:22 all about?

wow...it is so chaotic...what is going on?? It looks like someone was trying to go so big...it's cheezy...cliche...no form...no beauty...no correlation....bunch of buildings thrown together one on top of another...yuck!

These guys should call themselves CrapMakers instead of placemakers. They claim it is extraordinary and inspired by Venice, yet it does not share any of the intelligence and wisdom of that great place. This video should serve as a wonderful example of what not to do when designing places.
