Martha Plimpton is my favorite actress too! I realized that when I posted all my favorite movies and realized she was in alot of them! Check out The River Rat, Running On Empty, The Mosquito Coast, Eye Of God, and my favorite... Shy People. She is just so fun to watch and brings a down-to-earth quality to her films. This was a fantastic tribute to Martha... thanks for posting it!

I agree, and she has had possibly the weirdest amount of ridiculous mystique to live down to, just to get through each and every door. The lady in the lake wishes she had that level of hushed reverence surrounding her fame. Did she upstage Jennifer Jason Leigh in Mrs Parker and the Vicious Circle, just because of all the hackneyed myths and legends surrounding her? It takes a freaking acting genious to shine at all in a Boho ensemble movie, let alone Broadway. She's proved herself already.

i think martha plimpton was one of the luckiest women that ever lived. (along with samantha mathis, and sue solgot). i really think she and river would have never broken up, if it were not for the damn drugs! martha plimpton rocks! she's a wonderful actress. i am sure she would be touched by this! great job! 5 stars! :D

Thanks for sharing. Yes she is great at her craft and one lucky gill to have romantic rolls with River and Keanu. So sad she and Keanu had to lose River in the way they did. I can't imagine the pain they must have been in when it happened. Nice tribute and good song for it, too. Great Job!
