Description reads along PCH, so my guess is that it is for some movie scene, probably cleared with the FAA and with full film permits and all the vehicles are paid props. No pilot in his right mind would fly like this in a real chase nor would he be permitted to by law enforcement protocol or FAA regulations.

This was done in 1998 and was just a test for the gyromaster camera mount. As far as I know they didn't have permits.

Shoulda used one of the big 4 japanese bikes, so bikers could relate to it and they just look better than whatever that thing is.O and i think that thats the same kind of helicopter that you build yourself in the back of popular mechanics. the video was ok.........

Its a schwieser 300 cb/cbi, was used by the american militery for basic training from 1956? - 1990's. A solid bit of kit.
