Just look at what Gaddafi did to the Bulgarian nurses! Evidence shows children were infected by hiv BEFORE the Bulgarian nurses came to work n help that ungrateful Libya country. He imprisons them for years, they are raped, tortured, as scapegoats to protect the dictator, since he is responsible for the sad state of Libyan medical facilities.
