  • Hola, soy de tenerife, islas canarias. Aki es uno de los mejores sitios del mundo para ver este fenomeno. Sobre todo en verano (junio-julio) el norte de la isla esta casi siempre nublado por los vientos alisios que soplan sin parar y chocan contra la cumbre de mas de 2000m de altura. Estas nubes se suelen formar a una altura de 1000m aproximadamente.

  • Son nubes del alisio, no están a tanta altura xq ascienden del mar a la cumbre.. el Teide está a 3718 mtos.

  • Never realized how much clouds are like the sea. I guess that the wind does much the same thing as waves of the sea, though in this case, just slower. It also does things that water can;t however. Just take a look at thunder clounds that pile up on top of themselves.

  • This view is taken on La Palma (Canary Islands). It's on the upper edge of the non vulcanic main crater in the near of a little flat. I slept there some years ago on vacany. It' so great there in the morning and evening hours!!!
