@RYCHARDSYNYSTER it's all in my head! :( when you learn a song by ear, you listen to it so many times that writing a tab is really just extra work. if you watch in 720p you can see the notes!
@adesftw I'll take a look, but I've got some songs I want to get to first. I've been meaning to do PWD for awhile , so you'll definitely see some covers down the road by em.
@EpicPzOr Well I've had it for almost 4 years and I don't have a single complaint. The guitar comes with EMG 81 and 85's, which are ideal for what I play, but what I love most is the shape..it's very light and feels comfortable to play, sitting and standing. I don't think it's overpriced, it's well worth the money.
@tylerherod Oh, alright thanks for the information =) Its good for downtuning I guess? B/c thats the reason I want another guitar, I own a Schecter Hellraiser C-1 FR now, I wanna play In Normal tuning E, Downtuning D and Dropped C or Bb, I can only do E and D, otherwize I would have some probs with the Floyd Rose so, Its better if I have another guitar for downtuning, aint that right? (I would go for the black version btw =))
@EpicPzOr Yeah good thinking, it's fine for downtuning :) Although my guitar doesn't stay in tune when I tune down past 2 steps (I can't go past Drop B). So if you wanted to play around Drop A be weary - it's probably just my guitar, I mean it's four years old, I've put it through a lot :P
@tylerherod Alright, but maby you need thicker strings ? B/c I once had a guitar of my guitar teacher, and it had thin strings, he said the guitar was good for downtuning to drop Bb, I did it, but the stings ware to loose wich made the sound out of tune, (well he did mention it had thin strings, and if I wanned to play in drop Bb, I had to change the stings) maby you have the same probleme ?
@EpicPzOr Yeah most likely, the strings I use are only gauges 10-52. I've noticed bands that tune that low use VERY thick gauges, like 13-62. So I probably just need thicker strings. But don't be worried about what I said, I tune as low as Drop B for Parkway Drive all the time and I never have any problems.
excellent cover mate
