@a1weeka The M.O.A.B is set on every killstreak,

It's based on your weapon kills. Meaning that if you get 25 kills with your AC-130, You still won't get the M.O.A.B, It's all based on the kills you get with your weapon, and specialist is probably the best thing to choose from the other killstreaks because

1) At 8 kills, You get ALL the perks, Doesn't matter if you unlocked them or not.

2) Some assist counts as kills!

3) Extra XP
