@ubersoft12 Uneducated? Really? The fact that you even said that shows how little you know. Today, 2 out of every 3 Irish secondary school students, go on to 3rd level education after sitting the Leaving certificate (the equivalent of the HSC exams in Australia). Next time do some research before throwing out ridiculous, inaccurate insults.
@89forks doesnt matter what the facs are, its what the people think. you saying aussies are universally hated means nothing because i highly doubt that every country you have been to you have asked them what they think of us just like me saying irish people are uneducated its just what we think in australia. so reallly neither of us can use the word universally and we are most probably both wrong.
i dont know how much longer the series can last for i saw ireland play the aussies last year not a bad game plus for that series everyone was under orders to cut out the bullshit or it was basically game over for the series at least the tackle was a little more defined and there wasant a ruck every 2 mins i hope it keeps going they are some great players on show Goode what a player.
yeah, i don't know, that whole series was a shit buzz... there was thousands of kids there watchin grown men (on both sides) acting like complete shitheads... it was embarrassing and dangerous... the two codes are just too different... the GAA players don't know how to take the rugby style tackle and are in danger of getting seriously hurt.... coupled with the fact that the Aussies are hardened professionals and physically bigger than the Irish amateurs who play 4 or 5 top level games per year
u may be tough and all that but thats probaly steroids aussie sucks and aussie is also just a bunch hard heads bashing into each other so in AFL no skill gaelic football rules besides if gaelic football wasnt made afl woud'nt be either u should be thanking gaelic football
@trustoriakhi A.F.L players dont build to much muscle because we need to run lots why the fuck would we take steroids? also kicking a round ball is easy compared to an oval one afl was made to keep cricketers fit i dont belive it was made on the idea of galic football....and if it was weve made it better
i watch both AFL and GAA there both grate games AFL is big hitting sweet high ball skills but slower (marks mean stop start)GAA football is faster and a bit more skill full, these mixed rules games are about skill V power the AFL are pros and should win easy so the ruls lean on the GAA side to even up the fitness side of it but still a cool game to watch and both sides really seam to love playing it heres hoping the nanny state dont shut it down.I like to that after big hits guys jump up too
you know, punch ups, body hits, grinding eachother into the turf... all good. both sides can dish it out if they feel up to it. but at 2:55... thats just crazy. -not in an admirable way, that was just plain stupid. maybe its a soccer reflex, but still, just plain old stupid. sliding in and kicking at someones head area, could have cause serious injury.
Honestly, even here in Ireland, Gaelic players are never considered to be tough. Sure, the Armagh team and Cork have are known for their rough play, but as a rule most Gaelic players are skinny.
When you start playing Gaelic, you always know that you will lose weight. All training in Gaelic is to build stamina. NOBODY in Gaelic does weights training.
come on fuck you all! theyre both good sports that both require skill. come on we all agree on that right? there may be fights and shit but really who gives a damm? come on.....
Bitch ass Irish pussies begged for the game to be banned even before the game they're like going please no fights now lets just play ball lol this is how aussies play AFL we play hard ,Gain some muscle you Irish panseys
@aussiepride1488 Aussie pride? You're muppet, if you look closely you'll see your Aussies hitting the Irish when they're on the ground. Why do you speak like some rapper crossed with a 16 yr old American college girl? I have been all over Australia, AFL is a bastard of a sport, a game for thugs pumped up on protein. We should stop playing each other until you get some education and maybe a bit of culture? This is not AFL, it's Compromise Rules, look that word up!
@spooner2020 Like the Irish didn't try that to? the aussies had the Irish on the ground crying and saying sorry for the little bitches they are,Pumped up on protien?Maybe you Irish boys should train harder and gain the muscle you might play better and harder and handle being tackled instead of crying like little babies wah wah those aussies play so hard and rough i'm a little Irish bitch lol I thought you guys where suppose to be tough?Get back to your warm cosey pub with your warm beer pussy
@aussiepride1488 We are amateur players who work during the week. There's far more skill in our game. AFL players are well paid, professional players who drink loads of protein. They probably take steroids before they go out to beat the crap out of each other, while there's a weird shaped ball thrown in there somewhere! The dna of AFL can be traced back to Gaelic football which leads me to say: "who's your Daddy, who's your Daddy?" "Bitch"
@aussiepride1488 clearly a fucking troller. GAA is not tough, its skill. We could easily send some big fuckers from cork in and hammer ye all. But they dont have skill. As spooner said, GAA players work during the week, they cant train 24/7 as theyve got money to earn. AFL players get an easy life and probably just spend all day in the gym working out to see who gets the bigger muscles. You are clearly one0-sided in this argument and are just bored out of your fucking head so decide to troll.
best thing sinse sliced pan. now its rubbish i use to enjoy players horsin into each other on the ground.the gaa is the best from goin to croke park every sunday in the summer to 80,00 people, to watching your club play at the weekend. thats the sort of pssion you dont find in other sports. its in our blood
best thing sinse sliced pan. now its rubbish i use to enjoy players horsin into each other on the ground.the gaa is the best from goin to croke park every sunday in the summer to 80,00 people, to watching your club play at the weekend. thats the sort of pssion you dont find in other sports its in our blood
ahhhh....back in the day, when it was interesting. now its just gay. all because the irish could handle a hip and shoulder. gay irish pricks, just spoil the game for everyone.
Both passionate. To you irish friends The aussie blokes throwing punches and big tackles not normally considered dirty footballs. Bit overboard with the intensity but great to watch. Long live international rules
I Would Call a Rematch and put all of GAA hardest players, they put on good fair gaa players to play a fair game, and the kangero shaggers didnt want to play fair
@HitchHikersBlues Not cool man, with the floods the Australians are like prisoners surrounded by water.......... O wait that's why there originally there. lol
Ask any member of the Protestant community in Ireland , what they thought on the GAA are. They will without doubt mention amongst other tacts , that they view the GAA as part and parcel of the Caholic Nationalist/republican conspiricy to destroy Protestant culture and its links to the Union. They will without doubt whatsoever point out how GAA clubs are decked out in Nationalist/Repblican flags and emblems, and also the GAA cosy relatinship and links to the Catholic Church.
A the recent International rules games held in Dublin , several young Aussie supporters alleged that they had their Aussie flags ripped from their hands and the Union Jack torn from the flag, on a Dublin street as they made their way to the match. If this did happen then it further proof that the GAA is not ready yet to accept others into it ranks.
What a sad state of affairs , the GAA and it UGLY GAMES of BOGBALL aka PADDYBALL and GAYLICK , has been unable , despite being in existence for over 100 years or more , to spread beyond Irelands Catholic Nationalist/Republican community. Its has no International presence whatsoever other than clubs set up in places like America and Australia to cater for the Irish Hillbillys who still want to live in the past. So desprate are they that they begged the Aussies to be p1.
p2, part of a hoax and fraud of a game , that is a mixture of both Aussie Rules and the GAA Ugly Game of BOGBALL /PADDYBALL . The game is a laughing stock in world sport as its not promoted as a real game by either the GAA hillbillys or the Aussies, that tells you how desprate the Republican / Nationalist Irish Catholic GAA is for a International presence. Bogballer who played in the recent International Fools Series , are so thick they actually are convinced the game is p2.
p3. a International game The Aussie player knows it a fraud and most of their top players did not take part , leaving it to lesser known players to represent Australia in the sham. The Aussie everyone knows use the series as a shop window to scout for players from Ireland. They Aussie also have played simlar made up games with Rugby Union, Rugby Leauge and Soma Rules , as a means of scouting for possible talent.
@hillbrowjhb Don't worry we are sending the Spice Faggot back to the UK real soon. Talk about gay, the English c%&* spends all his time hanging out with Tom Cruise
@hillbrowjhb GAA is a non-profit organisation designed to promote community cohesion and sportsmanship. I could understand your point if the GAA intended to make a profit by popularising Irish sports globally, but it doesn't.
Give me one example of when the GAA explicitly declared that they intended to popularise gaelic on a global level. The GAA is built around celtic and Irish culture, and so they don't expect all countries to embrace it.
The GAA is designed to promote community cohesion, are you serious?. The GAA is a Irish Catholic religious, political sporting body. It is the only body invole in sport in the world that has declared political aims and is aligned to a religious body that of the Catholic Church. The GAA for over one hundrecd years and up untill the present day still has a intense hatred of so called forign or garrision games. The GAA only survives in Ireland due being promoted in most Catholic schools.
@hillbrowjhb That's a very narrow minded view of the GAA. You do realise that the GAA opened croke park to both Soccer and Rugby? Sure, in the past the GAA was quite overtly sectarian, but that was simply a response to British dismisal of Catholics and groups like the Orange Order. The GAA was created to preserve the Irish culture which would easily have disappeared in the North. Since 2009 there have been real strides to reach out to Unionist communities.
@FacnyCatFighter The GAA only opened up Croke Park , due to intense covert and overt /pressure from both the goverment and media , in that if they did not , they would be on a hideing to nothing and a huge PR diaster from which would have further tarnised their already poor image as a outdated bigoted semi religious, political sporting body. Money also played a huge part in the decesion. The love of the global games of Football and Rugby played little part . Huge numbers of GAA members p1.
p2. it must be remembered were steadfast in their bigotory in not conceding . I cannot see how you can blame the Orange Order for GAA bigotory. Its compl;eate nonsense what you claim in that the GAA could have disappeared in the North. Nothing could be further from the truth , in fact the GAA in the North thrived durning the troubles in the North , building dozens of new clubrooms , pitches etc, in fact it often said the seventies and eighties were the glory days of the GAA in the north.
What strides have been made to involve non Catholics to belong to the GAA ?. Are you suggesting that nameing clubrooms , trophies , events GAA clubs after IRA , flying Nationalist flags at all games and clubrooms decked out in Catholic Nationalist /Republican emblems , heros etc is welcomeing to the other community. Recently we had a well documented incedent were a young Protestant who joined the GAA , being hounded from his club for bein just that , a Protestant. Many other p1.
p2. incedents have been reported , but do not get high profile status. The bottom line is that the GAA is a cold house for the non Catholic community, and it no surprise as the GAA was set up to promote Irish Catholic Nationalist/Republican idenitiy and culture. In a way the GAA is like the Orange Order which promotes the Protestant culture and ways of life , but minus the marching bands . The GAA has and always will be a ethnic , religious body that promotes Catholic culture only.
@hillbrowjhb get your facts right about the GAA and tell me if it says that it exclude's other religious communties for example protestants??? from playing the game, the only rule was that they wouldnt accept anybody that pledge their life to the so called british empire... The GAA has made significant grounds over the last few years i think you should have a bit of respect for them for doing that. After what happened over 800 years ,it is a sad world that people like you are so narrow minded.
@mickmoo1989 Typical of a GAA Bogger , still ranting on about the famine, tans , 1916 rIsing , and wait for it !, " What happened 800 years ago , LOL. Fucking hell man you have got a huge chip on your shoulder. lol. The countries who fought in the last world war approx 60 years or so ago , and which approx 30 millon died on all sides , and today those countries are allies , and the GAA Boggers are still rnting on about what happened 800 years ago. The GAA is without doubt Irish p1.
p2. a Irish Catholic Nationalist / Republican body that promotes Irish Catholic culture and pastimes. The GAA was born out of Irish Catholic politics and xtreme Irish Nationalist/Republican bigotory. The total ethos of the GAA is Catholic Irish. GAA clubs are named after Catholic Bidhops, priest, saints and various Irish rebels and heros. The GAA refuses to recgonise the state of N.Ireland and fly the tricolour and play the Irish Republic flag and National anthrem before major games p2.
p3. in N. Ireland . The GAA during the troubles nailed their colours to the mask , when they made a stament supporting the reunification of Ireland by what ever means necassary. All in all the GAA seems like a nice welcome home from home place were members of the Protestant community would feel truely welcome. lol. Also during the troubles GAA lubrooms were hotbeds for various republican activity, from Republican social night, fund raiseing night, ex IRA prisoner welcome home parties etc.
@culchie1982 What is it about the GAA you find hard to accept?, the fact that everthing about it make up, is stepped in Catholic , Nationalist , Republican culture, Do you deny that the GAA has endorsed a political agenda as regards the reunification of Ireland, and that they even went as far as supporting whatever means it took to acheive . Do you deny that the GAA has named Clubrooms , events, trophys and clubs after dead IRA terrorist.
@culchie1982 I cannot for the life of me see how you can equate the Orange Order , with the bigoted Nationalist/Republican GAA. The Orange Order was set up to promote and protect Protestant culture and faith. Why would any Catholic , Muslim , Jew , Hindu etc want to belong to a body that intrest are the promotion and protection of another faith/?. I have never known of Protestants , Catholic , Jew , demanding that Muslims allow them to join Muslim religious /culture bodys.
@hillbrowjhb No you're right I can't equate the two, the GAA allows Protestants to join it's organization, whereas the Orange Order totally excludes Catholic. That's your bigotry argument shot down in one sentence Einstein.
Also when do you ever see the GAA assembling in fields, to denounce Protestantism, the Queen or the British Empire? This used to be a favourite pastime of the Orange Order, only the targets were Catholicism and the Pope.
@culchie1982 Why thefuck would any Catholic want to joint the ORANGE ORDER for?. its as crazy as a Christian demanding a right to belong to the hundreds of Muslim groups , that promote their religion and culture. No group set up as a religious group to promote and to protect that religion , allows someone who is a non belivers or not of the faih to join. Its common sense for fuck sake. Why would any Catholic want to join a religious body that promotes a faith they dont belong to
@culchie1982 The GAA allows Protestant to join , now that one hell of a fucking lie. Yes in theroy a Protestant can join the GAA , but in doing so they have to accept all the political and religious baggage that the GAA comes with. The flying of flags and Nationalist/Republican flags and emblems, clubs and trophies named after IRA killers. And during the recent troubles GAA clubrooms and hall s were social events were held to raise money for the Hunger strikers and other Dodgy groups etc.
@hillbrowjhb I am curious as to your motives. You intentionally go on to a GAA video, to provoke people. What exactly are you going to achieve by doing this? Will it make you sleep any easier at night?
You've probably got some degree of emotional upset in your life, you probably hate yourself and others around you. Only you can deal with these issues, although seeking help from a Psychiatrist may help. Too much anger built up inside someone is never good. I wish you well.
@culchie1982 No Answers to the facts , now you cut and run . Still have not answerdwhy the fuck you wouldwant to join a religious body like the Orange Order , thats promotes and protest Protestant culture. The Jews have similar groups , muslims have hundreds of such groups , even the Catholics have such groups. Anyone before joining has to prove that thy are of that faith and have only that faith intrest at heart. It not sinister , it not a serect body trying to take over the world .
@hillbrowjhb The Orange Order is there to promote Protestantism and and maintain the link with the Union, the GAA is there to promote Nationalism . They are two sides of the same coin, you thick knuckle dragging cunt. How can you not see this? You point out the idiosyncrasies of one organization, but not the other totally illustrating your biasness on the issue.
@culchie1982 Now your getting it , Orange Order , to promote the Protestant faith and culture, GAA set up to promote and protect Catholic Nationalist identity . Now answer this question , Why would a young protestant want to join a body that has as a stated aim the destruction of the state which he lives in and take i out of the Union , and also be subjected to all the Catholic Nationalist/republican baggage that the GAA comes with?
@hillbrowjhb Similarly, why would a Nationalist want to (if they were allowed to) join a sectarian, bigotted organization like the Orange Order. Your arguments are fucking stupid and easily countered.
@culchie1982 Yes exactly 100% agree, why would a young GAA Catholic Nationalist /Rpublican want to join a body such as the Orange Order which is aganist all GAA Catholic teaching. I not the one who is stupid , you are firstly you denied the GAA is a semi political religious body , now you have admitted it is . Its no secret, the Protestant community have never been fooled by what the GAA stands for and their covert and overt support for the IRA.
@hillbrowjhb The GAA also has political ideology (I never denied this), just like the Orange Order has. If the GAA is anti - Unionist, so the Orange Order is equally anti- Nationalist? No one from either traditions, wants to join organizations that oppose their own. So what's your point? I'm not following you.
@culchie1982 Again you are 100% correct , thats what I been saying in everyone of my post. I posted numerous times about the links between the GAA and the Catholic Church , Nationalist /Republican politics. The Orange Order has religious , cultural and political agenda , there no secret about that , it in the open for all to see. My post are maily to highlight these links that the GAA try to brush under the carpet and pretend they have no political or religious agenda.
@hillbrowjhb No one is brushing them under the carpet, that's your own analysis. GAA clubs have been named after IRA volunteers, that's clear for everyone to see.
@hillbrowjhb Answer me this, when Hitler was at the channel ports and threatening to invade Britain and spread Fascism and the German Empire, was it right for the British to fight back and resist?
@culchie1982 I have no problem with people resisting a armed invader , but ac of brutal Terrorisim are a diffrent matter. Is planting a car bomb in a strret full of men women and children , worth one inch of any country. The sad thing about all the troubles in Ireland was that so much blood was shed to create a Republic , that now is all but a staelet of the EU. . Ireland threw away all it fought for in the last Niece Treaty vote.
@hillbrowjhb and other fact man that man who is a protestant that played the game got hournded because the abuse that he got from other teams while he was playing. just remember what the brits have done to us for 800 years of terror, living in fear etc. i think you should read about the history and the facts on what the brits done to us, yes i know what the IRA done wasnt great either, also i would suggest that you read the history of the gaa and how it has changed over the years....
I cannot understand why anyone would get all worked up about a made up game that is a mixture of the GAA Ugliest Game of "GAYLICK" better known in Ireland as "BOGBALL" as it is played mainly by big thick Irish Catholic ginger haired toothless Bogmen and the professional game of Aussie Rules , played by highly skilled Aussies. Despite the Aussies being superior in fitness etc , they still have not adopted to playing with the round BOGBALL. Even when they have a clear cut p1
p2. chance only a few metres out from goals , and three or six points is on , they kick it horribly wide or for one point. They have from the series started not taken on board that they need someone in goals who actually knows what his job is. ( Someone should tell him his job is to a least make some effort to stop the ball from going into the goals for a six pointer) .Having ignored that two of their biggest failings is their goal keepers , and their terriable kicking p2.
p3. of scores , then they are in for a drubbing from the Irish BOGBALLERS. . Everyone is aware that the BOGBALLERS have a huge advantage in that the contrived game is played with a round ball , a huge disvntage to the Aussies in that most of Aussie new comers will never kicked a round ball in their lives before , up untill only a few weeks ago. The BOGBALLERS wil no doubt win the series , despite the Aussies being able to run them ragged , but the Aussie kick about 9 wides for p3
p4. for every score they get , and when a simple six or three should be certain they kick it for a wide or a one pointer. Its cringe worthy watching Aussie pros miskicking scores that a ten year old BOGBALLER would score with his eyes closed , that how bad the Aussies are with the round ball. The game should revert to either one half oval ball one half round ball , or when the games are played in Australia they play with the oval ball and in Ireland with the round BOGBALL.
@hillbrowjhb ATTENTION AUSSIES; Pay no attention to this little loser. He goes by several names on youtube and when he loses an argument he just swtiches names and wades in with his hateful crap all over again.
He's racist, sectarian, homophobic....the lot. He knows absolutely nothing about sport in general and has in the past claimed to represent a shadowy group that looks for Protestants who play GAA to intimidate. Then he retracts it. Ignore him and his kind as all of Ireland does
@ZZKe7 Everyone knows your a shit pusher (queer) you have even admitted such on previous post , that we know for certain . But you are way out of line mate accusing me of having several names , looking for people to intiminadate , and a member of a so called shadowy group , then you are way out of order . Unlike you mate I am not a shit pusher and dont get my thrills from humping other males , Get a fucking life you tosser and stop getting off on posting lies and deceit.
@hillbrowjhb Wow, you just never made it to the end of that sentence, did you Bapfontein/Hillbrowjhb/Houlhersteady?
I love that you claim your real name is HIllbrowjhb!
Tho I'm not so keen on your obsession with the gays.....
Why are you so keen to have a go at the Aussies? The Aussies show a comparable amount of proficiency with the round ball to, say, professional forwards in rugby do with their own ball. If u don't like it dont watch. Go back to hunting 'traitor' protestants, as u call 'em
@ZZKe7 I post under one name unlike you , who has several diffrent names. You cannot get over that anyone would dare post negative comments about the GAA . The only reason you visit GAA BOGBALL videos is to get a hard on whilst watching the BOGBALLERS in their shiny tight short pants. Just because you have long since been outed as a Queer , does not mean you have to badmouth everyone with diffrent views from your own. You are sick and need help, seek it urgently.
@ZZKe7 What is it with halfwit Queers like you , that cannot accept that their are as many people who hate and detest the GAA and all it stands for as their is inbreeds, hicks, gangasters , criminals , low life , who follow the GAA and it fucking Ugly Games. Why can you not accept that people have a right to express their views on the GAA ?. I do not get all upset when I hear pro GAA hicks ranting on about the GAA. I just state my point and let others make up their own mind
@hillbrowjhb Oh so you're all for diversity of opinion - but not diversity of race, sexuality, sport or nationality? That makes sense.....
And you don't just state your opinion. You invent personas to make wild sexual allegations based on nothing, and claim that there are no Protestants in the GAA, despite having examples pointed out to you.
But hey, don't let little things like facts get in the way of your well-thought-out opinion
@ZZKe7 Yes I am all for diversity of opinion , but that is something you have not a clue about. You simply cannot take it when someone points out that you Queer , and that gets you all upset, despite admitting and also being outed as a Queer. Get over it , their are thousands of negative anti GAA comments posted , on websites , chatrooms , videos, etc , just as their is on any given subject . Dont get hung up on it . You are without doubt paranoid and sick..
@hillbrowjhb When did I say I was gay? and if I did, why would I care if you repeat it to me? How is that an insult?
Opinions are fine - but should be grounded in logic and/or facts. Your 'opinion' that there are no Protestants in the GAA is in fact a delusion. One you cling to after being exposed to facts.
As for your racism and homophobia - they're just hilarious
@ZZKe7 You are a Queer that for certain . Pointing out you are a Queer should not be a insult to people like you, as you now admit that its not a insult. As for no Protestant in the GAA , how can that be ?. , as they have everything else from , Queers, gangasters, terrorist , criminals, good guys, bad guys, clowns , crooked lawyers , , hicks , pedofile priest , lots of those bastards , etc etc. The GAA is like every other body , why as you claim no Protestants?.
@ZZKe7 What you call prejudice , I call my right to thought. Great news to hear their are Protestasnt in the GAA , as they have every other shower of bastards , pedofile priest, criminals, gangasters, fradusters , in abundance. Now we have established two facts , your a Queer and the GAA has Protestants members. Wonderfull news . This is great for diversity , by the way how many were playing in the International Fools match held in Limerick tonight.?. This is great news..
@hillbrowjhb Aussie pros of Australian Rules football, you think the it's not the same for when the irish start playing Aussie rules football? when setanta started playing at carlton he struggled with his kicking, still does, but it doesn't mean he's crap, the australian players selected only have a limitied time to train for these couple of games after the season finishes, which means some would take a break from work to play this game, be glad it's australia and not the british ey
@hillbrowjhb Awww, is someone gonna cry? I'm not gay but even if I was I'd hardly care what a small minded coward like you thinks.
You do post under different names. You were posting as 'houlhersteady' on a video of Danny Hughes being interviewed after the Kildare match, and you posted as 'Bapfontein' on a video of Marty Clarke flicking a sherrin up with his foot. It was on that video u claimed 'we done a check on 10 GAA clubs...'
@ZZKe7 You are a fucking first class liar and queer. Anything I have to say about the GAA and it fucking Ugly games of "GAYLICK " aka "BOGBALL " I will post under my own name. Unlike you you filthy shit pushing queer , who have been posting under nunmerous names and trying to link every person who views on the GAA and the hicks and hillbillys who play and govern for what they really are . You cannot tolerate anyone who post the dark and unsavoury. side. your a expert on shit pushing .
Im Irish and I love going to these matches there so funnny :L Like the Aussies are all massive because there sport is profesional and they get paid to go to the gym and build themselves up, the irish boy train like twice a week in some shiity pitch i the rain and get gym memberships for christmas LOL You have to give it to the Irish for at least standing up for themselves when they get creamed ..ROFL thoe the fights do be hillarious :L
What's up with the softcock Aussie No 10.? What the fuck? Paul Galvin is laughing down his sleeve at this fag who stole Amy Whinehouse's wig! I've only seen one AFL player who had the skill and ability to make it in GAA. Nathan Brown was his name! Whatever happened to him I wonder?
Buying home is a major priority of many people to become a part of the local community. Go4Loans Home Finance Broker ensures your access to a range of exclusive home loan special offers.
ive got a name for ya, jim stynes 1991 brownlow medalist, the first step in the irish experiment. keen for carlton to keep recruiting hacks like o'hailpin though.
The Aussies don't seem capable of playing this game, their professional athletes can't beat a team of amateurs!
A few Irish players have made a good hand at playing with the AFL ball already such as Tagh Kennelly etc. so I would imagine with a few weeks practice they would do well.
Why does Australia have a holiday for the queen? That is fairly degrading.
@tom58360 Don't seem capable? Have you ever actually looked at the results for this series over the years? They're about dead even, in a game that is MUCH MUCH closer to Gaelic football than it is to Australian football. Get over yourself.
Such as? Other than Kennelly there is really nobody and he isn't even CLOSE to being regarded as one of the best players in the league. Not by a long way.
Would you complain about having a holiday? It's basically an excuse to have a bbq and get pissed!
@deliver1 for an aussie youre not really too clued in to the greatest game on the planet. marty clarke was more than handy for the pies until he got home sick, and in terms of best players of the game, have a look at the history books in 1991, jim stynes, brownlow medalist.
@pebpeb41 Yeah I'll pay Jim Stynes, can't believe I forget about him. But Marty Clarke? He had a good debut season and a shithouse second season. Throw in an injury and he then decided to go home. Hardly what I'd call a "good hand at playing AFL". He wouldn't get a look in at the Pies now.
@deliver1 You sat that as though it's natural for someone from the other side of the world to be in the top half of one per cent o your national game.
@ZZKe7 And you say that as if it's natural to compare athletes from the highest fucking level of the game to the general population. It's not, it's retarded in fact.
Christ... It's not like the guy had never played a similar sport in his life.
@deliver1 And you say that as if it's normal to go from being one of the general population to being an athlete of the highest level in around 6 months, which is what he did.
He even did a lot better then most native born Australian trialists. Give him credit where it's due.
@CiaranManFarrelly So what? How do you think the Irish would go if the series was played tomorrow with an Australian Rules ball? You Irish seem to so conveniently forget that this game is really nothing like what the Australians are used to playing.
Not to mention that the Irish have a massive whinge every time an Aussie lays a hit. Physical my arse, you're a bunch of soft cocks.
@deliver1 If the afl players are paid to hit hard and be physical, then why cant they do it properly?? And since when do Irish players winge whenever they hit? Typical australian fellow you are, full of yourself
@CiaranManFarrelly I've seen lots of Irish players writhing on the ground in pain after being hit throughout the different series, so I guess they are doing it properly. You'll notice I said nothing of the Irish players, they tried to give it as good as they got it, they just couldn't. I was referring to the Irish crowds and media.
Hah, yeah mate, I'm full of myself. This is coming from the guy who posted "I'll take on any of you Aussies" in the comments section of a related video.
@rgb5791 Yo. Its not everyones fault that we still have the queen. Lots of the population want a republic. Anyway, we were one of the only countries that kept out of recession. Got to respect that.
@rgb5791 cos they have nothing to do with the queen. we dont really give to shits about her she just gets us off work and onto the piss for an extra day a year
Nahh... this video shows a fight.. not the sport

@89forks doesnt matter what the facs are, its what the people think. you saying aussies are universally hated means nothing because i highly doubt that every country you have been to you have asked them what they think of us just like me saying irish people are uneducated its just what we think in australia. so reallly neither of us can use the word universally and we are most probably both wrong.

i dont know how much longer the series can last for i saw ireland play the aussies last year not a bad game plus for that series everyone was under orders to cut out the bullshit or it was basically game over for the series at least the tackle was a little more defined and there wasant a ruck every 2 mins i hope it keeps going they are some great players on show Goode what a player.

yeah, i don't know, that whole series was a shit buzz... there was thousands of kids there watchin grown men (on both sides) acting like complete shitheads... it was embarrassing and dangerous... the two codes are just too different... the GAA players don't know how to take the rugby style tackle and are in danger of getting seriously hurt.... coupled with the fact that the Aussies are hardened professionals and physically bigger than the Irish amateurs who play 4 or 5 top level games per year

i watch both AFL and GAA there both grate games AFL is big hitting sweet high ball skills but slower (marks mean stop start)GAA football is faster and a bit more skill full, these mixed rules games are about skill V power the AFL are pros and should win easy so the ruls lean on the GAA side to even up the fitness side of it but still a cool game to watch and both sides really seam to love playing it heres hoping the nanny state dont shut it down.I like to that after big hits guys jump up too

you know, punch ups, body hits, grinding eachother into the turf... all good. both sides can dish it out if they feel up to it. but at 2:55... thats just crazy. -not in an admirable way, that was just plain stupid. maybe its a soccer reflex, but still, just plain old stupid. sliding in and kicking at someones head area, could have cause serious injury.

I'm suprised by all the Australian willy-waving.
NOBODY in Gaelic does weights training.

aussiepride1488 9 months ago
@aussiepride1488 We are amateur players who work during the week. There's far more skill in our game. AFL players are well paid, professional players who drink loads of protein. They probably take steroids before they go out to beat the crap out of each other, while there's a weird shaped ball thrown in there somewhere! The dna of AFL can be traced back to Gaelic football which leads me to say: "who's your Daddy, who's your Daddy?" "Bitch"
spooner2020 9 months ago 2
@aussiepride1488 clearly a fucking troller. GAA is not tough, its skill. We could easily send some big fuckers from cork in and hammer ye all. But they dont have skill. As spooner said, GAA players work during the week, they cant train 24/7 as theyve got money to earn. AFL players get an easy life and probably just spend all day in the gym working out to see who gets the bigger muscles. You are clearly one0-sided in this argument and are just bored out of your fucking head so decide to troll.

Ask any member of the Protestant community in Ireland , what they thought on the GAA are. They will without doubt mention amongst other tacts , that they view the GAA as part and parcel of the Caholic Nationalist/republican conspiricy to destroy Protestant culture and its links to the Union. They will without doubt whatsoever point out how GAA clubs are decked out in Nationalist/Repblican flags and emblems, and also the GAA cosy relatinship and links to the Catholic Church.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago

So desprate are they that they begged the Aussies to be p1.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p2, part of a hoax and fraud of a game , that is a mixture of both Aussie Rules and the GAA Ugly Game of BOGBALL /PADDYBALL . The game is a laughing stock in world sport as its not promoted as a real game by either the GAA hillbillys or the Aussies, that tells you how desprate the Republican / Nationalist Irish Catholic GAA is for a International presence. Bogballer who played in the recent International Fools Series , are so thick they actually are convinced the game is p2.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p3. a International game The Aussie player knows it a fraud and most of their top players did not take part , leaving it to lesser known players to represent Australia in the sham. The Aussie everyone knows use the series as a shop window to scout for players from Ireland. They Aussie also have played simlar made up games with Rugby Union, Rugby Leauge and Soma Rules , as a means of scouting for possible talent.

FacnyCatFighter 1 year ago
The GAA is designed to promote community cohesion, are you serious?. The GAA is a Irish Catholic religious, political sporting body. It is the only body invole in sport in the world that has declared political aims and is aligned to a religious body that of the Catholic Church. The GAA for over one hundrecd years and up untill the present day still has a intense hatred of so called forign or garrision games. The GAA only survives in Ireland due being promoted in most Catholic schools.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb That's a very narrow minded view of the GAA. You do realise that the GAA opened croke park to both Soccer and Rugby? Sure, in the past the GAA was quite overtly sectarian, but that was simply a response to British dismisal of Catholics and groups like the Orange Order. The GAA was created to preserve the Irish culture which would easily have disappeared in the North. Since 2009 there have been real strides to reach out to Unionist communities.
FacnyCatFighter 1 year ago
@FacnyCatFighter The GAA only opened up Croke Park , due to intense covert and overt /pressure from both the goverment and media , in that if they did not , they would be on a hideing to nothing and a huge PR diaster from which would have further tarnised their already poor image as a outdated bigoted semi religious, political sporting body. Money also played a huge part in the decesion. The love of the global games of Football and Rugby played little part . Huge numbers of GAA members p1.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p2. it must be remembered were steadfast in their bigotory in not conceding . I cannot see how you can blame the Orange Order for GAA bigotory. Its compl;eate nonsense what you claim in that the GAA could have disappeared in the North. Nothing could be further from the truth , in fact the GAA in the North thrived durning the troubles in the North , building dozens of new clubrooms , pitches etc, in fact it often said the seventies and eighties were the glory days of the GAA in the north.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
What strides have been made to involve non Catholics to belong to the GAA ?. Are you suggesting that nameing clubrooms , trophies , events GAA clubs after IRA , flying Nationalist flags at all games and clubrooms decked out in Catholic Nationalist /Republican emblems , heros etc is welcomeing to the other community. Recently we had a well documented incedent were a young Protestant who joined the GAA , being hounded from his club for bein just that , a Protestant. Many other p1.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p2. incedents have been reported , but do not get high profile status. The GAA has and always will be a ethnic , religious body that promotes Catholic culture only.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb get your facts right about the GAA and tell me if it says that it exclude's other religious communties for example protestants??? from playing the game, the only rule was that they wouldnt accept anybody that pledge their life to the so called british empire... The GAA has made significant grounds over the last few years i think you should have a bit of respect for them for doing that. After what happened over 800 years ,it is a sad world that people like you are so narrow minded.
mickmoo1989 1 year ago
@mickmoo1989 Typical of a GAA Bogger , still ranting on about the famine, tans , 1916 rIsing , and wait for it !, " What happened 800 years ago , LOL. Fucking hell man you have got a huge chip on your shoulder. lol. The countries who fought in the last world war approx 60 years or so ago , and which approx 30 millon died on all sides , and today those countries are allies , and the GAA Boggers are still rnting on about what happened 800 years ago. The GAA is without doubt Irish p1.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p2. a Irish Catholic Nationalist / Republican body that promotes Irish Catholic culture and pastimes. The GAA was born out of Irish Catholic politics and xtreme Irish Nationalist/Republican bigotory. The total ethos of the GAA is Catholic Irish. GAA clubs are named after Catholic Bidhops, priest, saints and various Irish rebels and heros. The GAA refuses to recgonise the state of N.Ireland and fly the tricolour and play the Irish Republic flag and National anthrem before major games p2.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p3. in N. Ireland . The GAA during the troubles nailed their colours to the mask , when they made a stament supporting the reunification of Ireland by what ever means necassary. All in all the GAA seems like a nice welcome home from home place were members of the Protestant community would feel truely welcome. lol. Also during the troubles GAA lubrooms were hotbeds for various republican activity, from Republican social night, fund raiseing night, ex IRA prisoner welcome home parties etc.

culchie1982 1 year ago
@culchie1982 What is it about the GAA you find hard to accept?, the fact that everthing about it make up, is stepped in Catholic , Nationalist , Republican culture, Do you deny that the GAA has endorsed a political agenda as regards the reunification of Ireland, and that they even went as far as supporting whatever means it took to acheive . Do you deny that the GAA has named Clubrooms , events, trophys and clubs after dead IRA terrorist.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@culchie1982 I cannot for the life of me see how you can equate the Orange Order , with the bigoted Nationalist/Republican GAA. The Orange Order was set up to promote and protect Protestant culture and faith. Why would any Catholic , Muslim , Jew , Hindu etc want to belong to a body that intrest are the promotion and protection of another faith/?. I have never known of Protestants , Catholic , Jew , demanding that Muslims allow them to join Muslim religious /culture bodys.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb No you're right I can't equate the two, the GAA allows Protestants to join it's organization, whereas the Orange Order totally excludes Catholic. That's your bigotry argument shot down in one sentence Einstein.
Also when do you ever see the GAA assembling in fields, to denounce Protestantism, the Queen or the British Empire? This used to be a favourite pastime of the Orange Order, only the targets were Catholicism and the Pope.
culchie1982 1 year ago
@culchie1982 Why thefuck would any Catholic want to joint the ORANGE ORDER for?. its as crazy as a Christian demanding a right to belong to the hundreds of Muslim groups , that promote their religion and culture. No group set up as a religious group to promote and to protect that religion , allows someone who is a non belivers or not of the faih to join. Its common sense for fuck sake. Why would any Catholic want to join a religious body that promotes a faith they dont belong to
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@culchie1982 The GAA allows Protestant to join , now that one hell of a fucking lie. Yes in theroy a Protestant can join the GAA , but in doing so they have to accept all the political and religious baggage that the GAA comes with. The flying of flags and Nationalist/Republican flags and emblems, clubs and trophies named after IRA killers. And during the recent troubles GAA clubrooms and hall s were social events were held to raise money for the Hunger strikers and other Dodgy groups etc.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb I am curious as to your motives. You intentionally go on to a GAA video, to provoke people. What exactly are you going to achieve by doing this? Will it make you sleep any easier at night?
You've probably got some degree of emotional upset in your life, you probably hate yourself and others around you. Only you can deal with these issues, although seeking help from a Psychiatrist may help. Too much anger built up inside someone is never good. I wish you well.
culchie1982 1 year ago
@culchie1982 No Answers to the facts , now you cut and run . Still have not answerdwhy the fuck you wouldwant to join a religious body like the Orange Order , thats promotes and protest Protestant culture. The Jews have similar groups , muslims have hundreds of such groups , even the Catholics have such groups. Anyone before joining has to prove that thy are of that faith and have only that faith intrest at heart. It not sinister , it not a serect body trying to take over the world .
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb The Orange Order is there to promote Protestantism and and maintain the link with the Union, the GAA is there to promote Nationalism . They are two sides of the same coin, you thick knuckle dragging cunt. How can you not see this? You point out the idiosyncrasies of one organization, but not the other totally illustrating your biasness on the issue.
culchie1982 1 year ago
@culchie1982 Now your getting it , Orange Order , to promote the Protestant faith and culture, GAA set up to promote and protect Catholic Nationalist identity . Now answer this question , Why would a young protestant want to join a body that has as a stated aim the destruction of the state which he lives in and take i out of the Union , and also be subjected to all the Catholic Nationalist/republican baggage that the GAA comes with?
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb Similarly, why would a Nationalist want to (if they were allowed to) join a sectarian, bigotted organization like the Orange Order. Your arguments are fucking stupid and easily countered.
culchie1982 1 year ago
@culchie1982 Yes exactly 100% agree, why would a young GAA Catholic Nationalist /Rpublican want to join a body such as the Orange Order which is aganist all GAA Catholic teaching. I not the one who is stupid , you are firstly you denied the GAA is a semi political religious body , now you have admitted it is . Its no secret, the Protestant community have never been fooled by what the GAA stands for and their covert and overt support for the IRA.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb The GAA also has political ideology (I never denied this), just like the Orange Order has. If the GAA is anti - Unionist, so the Orange Order is equally anti- Nationalist? No one from either traditions, wants to join organizations that oppose their own. So what's your point? I'm not following you.
culchie1982 1 year ago
@culchie1982 Again you are 100% correct , thats what I been saying in everyone of my post. I posted numerous times about the links between the GAA and the Catholic Church , Nationalist /Republican politics. The Orange Order has religious , cultural and political agenda , there no secret about that , it in the open for all to see. My post are maily to highlight these links that the GAA try to brush under the carpet and pretend they have no political or religious agenda.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb No one is brushing them under the carpet, that's your own analysis. GAA clubs have been named after IRA volunteers, that's clear for everyone to see.
culchie1982 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb Answer me this, when Hitler was at the channel ports and threatening to invade Britain and spread Fascism and the German Empire, was it right for the British to fight back and resist?
culchie1982 1 year ago

Even when they have a clear cut p1
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p2. chance only a few metres out from goals , and three or six points is on , they kick it horribly wide or for one point. They have from the series started not taken on board that they need someone in goals who actually knows what his job is. ( Someone should tell him his job is to a least make some effort to stop the ball from going into the goals for a six pointer) .Having ignored that two of their biggest failings is their goal keepers , and their terriable kicking p2.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p3. of scores , then they are in for a drubbing from the Irish BOGBALLERS. . Everyone is aware that the BOGBALLERS have a huge advantage in that the contrived game is played with a round ball , a huge disvntage to the Aussies in that most of Aussie new comers will never kicked a round ball in their lives before , up untill only a few weeks ago. The BOGBALLERS wil no doubt win the series , despite the Aussies being able to run them ragged , but the Aussie kick about 9 wides for p3
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
p4. for every score they get , and when a simple six or three should be certain they kick it for a wide or a one pointer.

Why can you not accept that people have a right to express their views on the GAA ?. I do not get all upset when I hear pro GAA hicks ranting on about the GAA. I just state my point and let others make up their own mind
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb Oh so you're all for diversity of opinion - but not diversity of race, sexuality, sport or nationality? That makes sense.....
And you don't just state your opinion. You invent personas to make wild sexual allegations based on nothing, and claim that there are no Protestants in the GAA, despite having examples pointed out to you.
But hey, don't let little things like facts get in the way of your well-thought-out opinion
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@ZZKe7 Yes I am all for diversity of opinion , but that is something you have not a clue about. You simply cannot take it when someone points out that you Queer , and that gets you all upset, despite admitting and also being outed as a Queer. Get over it , their are thousands of negative anti GAA comments posted , on websites , chatrooms , videos, etc , just as their is on any given subject . Dont get hung up on it . You are without doubt paranoid and sick..
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb When did I say I was gay? and if I did, why would I care if you repeat it to me? How is that an insult?
Opinions are fine - but should be grounded in logic and/or facts. Your 'opinion' that there are no Protestants in the GAA is in fact a delusion. One you cling to after being exposed to facts.
As for your racism and homophobia - they're just hilarious
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@ZZKe7 You are a Queer that for certain . Pointing out you are a Queer should not be a insult to people like you, as you now admit that its not a insult. As for no Protestant in the GAA , how can that be ?. , as they have everything else from , Queers, gangasters, terrorist , criminals, good guys, bad guys, clowns , crooked lawyers , , hicks , pedofile priest , lots of those bastards , etc etc. The GAA is like every other body , why as you claim no Protestants?.
hillbrowjhb 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb Oh I get it! Fools rhymes with rules! Brilliant. We may as well disband the GAA now so.
I have no idea how many protestants were playing but I don't care. You're the manhunter who tracks them down.
More gay talk, I notice
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@hillbrowjhb You're just being deliberately obtuse now to cover up your prejudice.
There are plenty of Protestants in the GAA. You're not convincing anyone that I'm gay. It just sounds like wishful thinking on your part
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@ZZKe7 What you call prejudice , I call my right to thought. Great news to hear their are Protestasnt in the GAA , as they have every other shower of bastards , pedofile priest, criminals, gangasters, fradusters , in abundance. Now we have established two facts , your a Queer and the GAA has Protestants members. Wonderfull news . This is great for diversity , by the way how many were playing in the International Fools match held in Limerick tonight.?. This is great news..

@hillbrowjhb Hey great intellect. Don't you have a soccer riot to attend or better yet, a Hillsborough renactment

As if you didn't know
Keep yr bigotry away from the GAA
ZZKe7 1 year ago

Whatever happened to him I wonder?

ive got a name for ya, jim stynes 1991 brownlow medalist, the first step in the irish experiment. keen for carlton to keep recruiting hacks like o'hailpin though.
pebpeb41 1 year ago
The Aussies don't seem capable of playing this game, their professional athletes can't beat a team of amateurs!
A few Irish players have made a good hand at playing with the AFL ball already such as Tagh Kennelly etc. so I would imagine with a few weeks practice they would do well.
Why does Australia have a holiday for the queen? That is fairly degrading.
tom58360 1 year ago
@tom58360 cos she is our queen to derrr... and how is that degrading?
mattyboy4074 1 year ago
@tom58360 Don't seem capable? Have you ever actually looked at the results for this series over the years? They're about dead even, in a game that is MUCH MUCH closer to Gaelic football than it is to Australian football. Get over yourself.
Such as? Other than Kennelly there is really nobody and he isn't even CLOSE to being regarded as one of the best players in the league. Not by a long way.
Would you complain about having a holiday? It's basically an excuse to have a bbq and get pissed!
deliver1 1 year ago
@deliver1 for an aussie youre not really too clued in to the greatest game on the planet. marty clarke was more than handy for the pies until he got home sick, and in terms of best players of the game, have a look at the history books in 1991, jim stynes, brownlow medalist.
pebpeb41 1 year ago
@pebpeb41 Yeah I'll pay Jim Stynes, can't believe I forget about him. But Marty Clarke? He had a good debut season and a shithouse second season. Throw in an injury and he then decided to go home. Hardly what I'd call a "good hand at playing AFL". He wouldn't get a look in at the Pies now.

@deliver1 He's better at playing Aussie Rules than most Australians are at the very least!
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@ZZKe7 lol no
deliver1 1 year ago
@deliver1 Well he managed to play in the AFL. What percentage of Aussies manage that? It only took him about 6 months too.
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@ZZKe7 haha... if you're talking about the general population, then no shit, of course he is.
deliver1 1 year ago
@deliver1 You sat that as though it's natural for someone from the other side of the world to be in the top half of one per cent o your national game.
ZZKe7 1 year ago
@ZZKe7 And you say that as if it's natural to compare athletes from the highest fucking level of the game to the general population. It's not, it's retarded in fact.
Christ... It's not like the guy had never played a similar sport in his life.
deliver1 1 year ago
@deliver1 And you say that as if it's normal to go from being one of the general population to being an athlete of the highest level in around 6 months, which is what he did.
He even did a lot better then most native born Australian trialists. Give him credit where it's due.
ZZKe7 1 year ago
I think that if the international rules was played tomorow, the irish would demolish the austrailians. The Gaa is a far more physical sport nowadays.
CiaranManFarrelly 1 year ago
@CiaranManFarrelly So what? How do you think the Irish would go if the series was played tomorrow with an Australian Rules ball? You Irish seem to so conveniently forget that this game is really nothing like what the Australians are used to playing.
Not to mention that the Irish have a massive whinge every time an Aussie lays a hit. Physical my arse, you're a bunch of soft cocks.
deliver1 1 year ago
@deliver1 If the afl players are paid to hit hard and be physical, then why cant they do it properly?? And since when do Irish players winge whenever they hit? Typical australian fellow you are, full of yourself
CiaranManFarrelly 1 year ago
@CiaranManFarrelly I've seen lots of Irish players writhing on the ground in pain after being hit throughout the different series, so I guess they are doing it properly. You'll notice I said nothing of the Irish players, they tried to give it as good as they got it, they just couldn't. I was referring to the Irish crowds and media.
Hah, yeah mate, I'm full of myself. This is coming from the guy who posted "I'll take on any of you Aussies" in the comments section of a related video.
Piss off.
