Wish I lived in CA. I would be hitting Basic Training everyday it is offered. I've dropped 70 lbs down from 380 on my way to a goal of at least 230 (Marine Corps limit for me) and have hit a plateau and I'm currently searching for that extra motivation or kick in the ass to get me to where I need to be. This DVD WILL have to do.
