Thanks for the tip! yesterday i cut open my tube of johnsons baby cream and i thought i squeezed everything out and when i out them into these jars i filled 5 of them! oh and if we do do this to toothpaste how would we store it and get it on our toothbrush?

I'm not sure how you would use this with toothpaste. I rarely do that since it usually comes in a metal tube. Hmmm...

I do this too! I use a tongue depressor or spatula to scrape stuff out into a jar, and then label it with a sticker. =) It's actually a great way to make travel sizes, which is what I use mine for!

@fionaman No no.. like I use the fat tongue depressors from your doctor's office. =) I always ask my doctor for a few when I see him, haha! I find they're a bit easier to use than popsicle sticks because they're wider. But yeah, I guess any type of tool would work! Haha!

great tip, it's kinda like the urban decay primer potion...you never realise how much product you still have until you cut it open...

I did the same with my lipgloss tube and I had so much product in! It will probably last me a whole other week! :D
