Whoa this is intense, I felt this in the first 30, I can feel my heart beating.. it's.. trippy... really.. trippy.. whoa and im not even high... Kinda hurts maybe because of bad energy being cleared.. explanations anyone ?
@Anarchyson1 Yes, you are being cleared. Perhaps on an ancestral level as well. Much damage is done to us through our Heart Centers. By the intention to work with this center, that pain is released. Hope that helps. Peace.
@Anarchyson1 My personal experience (and some others') is that when first focusing on opening the heart, it's best to go easy, because our hearts often tend to be somewhat shut down just from normal living. The pain you experienced is from trying to expand an opening that has been clenched shut.
