  • Welcome! The needle tool is actually for perforating the packed tobacco in case you are not getting a good draw. You need pipe cleaners for cleaning stems, imagine using that needle tool while smoking a bent stem pipe, it would not work. Also the match or lighter method doesn't really matter, you need to be careful using which ever when concerning scorching the bowl. I think also why it keeps going out is the way in which you packed it. Look of PipeFriendCHS' "How to pack a pipe" video.

  • @SOVIETTACO thanks Rob, it seems as if CHS got the whole pipe community back at his house :D

Will watch it soon. Stay tuned

  • Welcome, Zach.

A video about the oral risks concerning pipe smoking and some profilactic advices would be most welcome.

    Keep on posting.

    Cheers

  • @RequiemPipes Thanks Gustavo, will post a new one for your requests, feel free to subscribe. Cheers

  • Great first video. How long have you been using a pipe? Dentists have stressful days, so I imagine a pipe could be a good friend at the end of the day. Only one little critique -- music seemed just a bit loud. Thanks for posting the video.

  • @dafarce Hi, I've been smoking cigs for 2 years and then I quit, then I recently decided to go with pipes since my grandpa had a briar, and I learnt that pipes inflict less damage compared to cig smoking. This would be the first time smoking a pipe, but I prepared myself for it with all the reading and advice herein. Feel free to subscribe and thank you for your input. Good day
